I have had a horrific experience from this location. I would simply leave a zero stars but i have…read moreto leave something. So I will leave a 1 star and here is why. The workers are extremely unprofessional and rude. i only came to this location to cash a check which i don't have to do on a normal situation because I have a bank account. The amount of unprofessionalism the workers show i have never seen before. when asking for a manager they were rude and rebutted telling me the mangers name and a good time to contact him. i have tried over a weeks time span to speak to a manager. Every time that i have called, i was told it would be another day before he comes in. i was originally calling to report the workers interaction with customers' but now has captivated me to speak further up because of the lack of courtesy they have for customers. I would not go to this location if you value a great customer expirience or just the basics in customer interaction. Im not saying all locations are bad but this one in particular is not professional. try another store or just use your own bank where employees are held accountable when dealing with customers.
