This young lady Journey not only has an amazing name, but it fits her. Because she went on a journey with me to help put money in my account that there was a problem with earlier in the day when the money didn't go into my Account. I became frantic because I needed the money put in my checking account. She calmly called me down and said the door is locked when you get here but I will let you in and I will help you get this problem solved. There was a problem with the system, and she continue to make phone call and kept working on that issue until she was able to put the money in my checking account. She went beyond the call of duty!
