I just moved to this area after selling my house. I saw a full page ad that they run in our…read morecommunity paper saying that they have "in home appointments". I called them on Tuesday of this week at 2:00 p.m. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly, she told me they would call me right back. They never called. I called again, yesterday. At this time, the receptionist, again very pleasant, told me that she was sorry that they did not call back, but that she would speak to Bill, who would definitely call me back, stating that Bill likes to wait till he has several calls for "in home" appointments so that he could schedule the appointments all at once. Their ad does not state this was a factor at all. Regardless, Bill never returned my call. It is now going on 4 p.m., day three, and I still have not heard a peep of this office. Today, I made an appointment with H&R Block for tomorrow--yes it was that easy. I don't know what you would call this but I find it highly unprofessional or a clear sign that they falsely advertise for new clients and in home appointments that they don't honor or have the courtesy to not leave someone hanging.
