My experience has always been 100 the best. I haven't had to use your services for all most 2 yrs, and yet my visit on 9-14 at your Wentzville, Mo location on 1961 Wentzville Parkway was an outstanding experience. The store Manager Dave Cloyd was utmost professional and gave me options and gave me the #1 best service ever. I even told him this as I was in the store and told him your business needs to give him a raise. He was such a humble man-Check n Go has a true Gem in having him as a Store Manager. I'm not one to give poor ratings but I was shocked by my service today, I walked in to cash my check and the employee working was on the phone at first, eating hot Cheetos and had the cheeto dust still on their fingers while handling my ID and check. The employee ended up telling me go to Walmart because they didn't know how to cash my check. Overall the employee wasn't rude or anything just extremely unprofessional. I've cashed a check here before and in the past the service I received was amazing from a different employee but today really shocked me. read more
