Initially, his response was courteous, signing every email with "have a blessed day." However, in a follow-up email sent to me by mistake (intended for his son), Mr. Mach referred to me in a highly derogatory and offensive manner. {Total D*ck Head} This kind of language and behavior is extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially from the President of an insurance company. Respect, regardless of whether someone becomes a client or not, should always be the standard. While I hate to leave reviews like this, my experience left me with serious concerns about the professionalism and customer respect at this business. The front desk receptionist with tattoos was always so kind and great at finding paperwork and the answers i needed when not even my tax preparer knew where the files were. She would be answering phones, checking people in, and finding my files all at once with a smile! She probably gets so much attitude bc clients can't reach their tax preparers (days without call back) and she is the only live person anyone gets ahold of. I called all day one day leaving voicemails with no response until the week after. They made a mistake on my taxes and they were rejected for over a week and they never told us! we had to find out, and drive back up there to sign again when i specifically wrote a note with our taxes that had all the correct information that there would be no reason at all for such a mistake so easily happen if just looked at all ages of children and ones that worked and ones still in school for dependent information. I even talked to the supervisor after no communication or call back and explained my outmost dissatisfaction. Excuses, with no apologies.

I WAS a member of this bank for over 12 years but within the last three years they began charging…read moreme a $7.00 monthly fee for online banking. It wasn't until February 2019 that I notice the charge and discovered the bank was charging me this fee each month to my checking account even though I never used the service for approximately two years. I closed my accounts after I explained to their management that their online website was the issue. Their position was that I must have clicked on a box that signed me up for online banking. Warning if you don't look at your account online every 30 days they lock you out and make you sign up again. The website does say if you don't use online banking within 30 days they charge you a $7.00 monthly fee. When I confronted the bank about the charge they would only go back 3 months but wouldn't credit me the $21.00 until the next day. Out of frustration, I told them to keep their $21.00 and that I wasn't happy with their deceptive business practices. Since when does a bank charge for reviewing you accounts online. Beware of their online banking!
