Everyone I met my first day was extremely nice and welcoming and very much alleviates any feeling of anxiety about starting a new journey. Everyone I met did just that, they made me feel at home in a place where I had never been. They also showed me how effective Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu could be after even a short amount of time. So, I signed up right after class that day. I could tell right away, that what they were teaching really worked (even on the most unwilling opponents). The second incident was when "coach" Alejandra decided to stare me down twice at my children's class. Instead of talking to me about any issues or concerns Issa decided to move her to another class, never addressing me about it. As a business owner myself I know how to respect and communicate with the people that keep my business running. Would have loved my girls to be apart of the team but it doesn't seem that's what they wanted.
