I came at 9:53 prior to the opening hours and decided to wait in the drive through until they opened. As soon as the store opened the female employe at 10:00am 06/09/25 got an attitude with me for waiting on the establishment to open for breakfast saying I was running up her timer. Terrible customer service she could have told me to back up and erased it but instead she made me feel bad for eating there so I left. this is definitely a 1/5 star store would not recommend currently. read more

I had a pretty decent experience. Pros: -My order was accurate. -My food was hot and seemed fresh. -The cashier was nice, short, but pleasant -I got ice with my soda and not soda with my ice Cons: -The drive thru on the left wasn't not working (at lease no one said anything for 1-2 mins when I pulled up. There was no sign -The line moved VERY slow -The $1 fry deal wasn't available. But you could receive a coupon via text. However, this option/feature wasn't working All in all, I would return to this location. But my expectations were lowered and I was slightly disappointed with my overall experience. read more

0/0 stars! Came here after working on call all night and morning for an emergency quick meal since I had nothing to eat all night or day. I've never been before and now I know why. Horrible staff. Just horrible!!! Gave a certain amount in cash and they cashier gave me an incorrect amount back. When I tried to explain the error, the cashier immediately became defensive and asked why I'm giving her attitude and being rude, I was honestly so confused since I was not trying to come out that way at all and personally I don't think I was being rude or giving attitude. I still apologized to her and told her I didn't mean to come off that way, I repeated the situation and the error in her math. She gave me a nasty look and told me there's nothing she can do. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager believed her cashier and I questioned if they could count the cash in the cashier and double check the math since I'm definitely missing more change. The manager then decides there's nothing she can do for me and yells inside asking if anyone has extra cash they can let her borrow and then gives me the money abruptly and slammed the window shut. Horrible customer service. I've never experienced this amount of rudeness, especially when I wasn't in the wrong. read more

I want to say that this food service location has excellent customer service. The manager here is old school she believes in giving great customer service when the order delivered was incorrect not because of them but because of the Uber driver who took someone's else order and delivered it to me. I was so upset, but after talking with the manager she explained that she has no company car to deliver my order she apologized several times and I was ok with just that. She also topped it off to come and pick my order up so that she would give me something for my order being wrong by delivery. I am so glad because other food services do not care at all. I can say most times the service is good, food is hot, fresh and the wait depends on the time of day. I love Checkers' wings, I get mild to medium buffalo. Once I ask for extra sauce and well done wings, it's all over. Devouring time! Then, oh boy @ the french fries. Seasoned right (reminds you of another chain), crunchy, greasy, goodness....sometimes the fries could pack more potato but, as long as I'm not cutting them, who's to complain? Checkers tends to offer many meal deals and combination deals. For instance, they offer a fish and chicken sandwich together and 2 double cheeseburgers for $4. That is a great food deal, I'm sure you've seen the thousands of commercials. I enjoy all of their burgers, made fresh to order, exactly how you like. I have never eaten at Checkers before, but I had a coupon for a cheeseburger combo and I was hungry. Cheeseburger, small fries, and small coke. It's either drive thru or a walk up window. I walked up. I waited for a few minutes. Then placed my order and walked to the pickup window. I was given my soda and afterwards my bag of food. Once I returned home I opened the bag and had the best fries I've ever eaten. Seasoned and crisp. The burger was great, also. This will be my new burger place. read more

(1) You have 7 people standing around blaring music twerking and playing basket ball with trash. It took me 10 mins knocking on window and flashing my flashlight to get someone attention. (2) the female who acted immature rolled her eyes and stated "that was rude knocking on the window" very un professional. (3) again 7 people standing around why did it take another 10 mins to get my food? (4) fries were cold, and the burger was old too. I ask to speak to the manger and they said no manger on duty. It's checkers so expect some fast food and deep fried meals. I just stop in from time to time just to fulfill my craving for a champ burger and some fries. They are usually fast when you come in the afternoon. Hit or miss with the employees sometimes they are nice others they seem like they hate life. There was a square plastic bread tie INSIDE my double checkerburger. Nothing else about the visit matters. When I called the 1-800 number to complain, I was assured this would be handled appropriately. Several weeks later I received a check in the mail for $10. So basically, when Checkers serves you a burger with plastic trash inside, they will refund your meal if you complain about it. I gave them the chance to make the situation right and they chose to do as little as humanly possible. I will never go to another checkers again. This is the company with employees who wipe the buns on the floor and then use those buns to make a sandwich. Eat at your own risk read more

This place is terrible. I got food poisoning from my chilli cheese fries that had ketchup and mustard in them that I DID NOT! ask for. I tried to give them another chance two years later and as I'm looking in the window I see the person making my sandwich just throw my meat on the dirty greasy counter that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days and did the same with my bread I said heck no and confirmed with the manager that it was my order and the person that was making my sandwich decided he wanted to give me some lip because I didn't like the way he was handling my food. I asked for my money back I payed with card and still haven't seen the reimbursement come in and this was over six months ago. Never again. read more
