My daughter was late for first day of college (I had allowed half hour). I gave it a second chance. Parent confirmed same day. 1 hour and 15 minutes before time of service. Again, no show. My daughter called, they said "she wasn't scheduled". I called to cancel future services I was told "we were on our way and she didn't need a ride". Company lied and is not trust worthy.

This service was tailgating me on a twisted country back road (speed limit 35 mph) the transport driver was going around 50 mph, even reached speeds up to 70 mph. You cannot be in that much of a hurry to risk your own safety and the safety of others. I called the company to speak to a manager and he seemed to not care about the incident. Not impressed.

Called several times to check on status never answered the phone. When cab showed up driver was very rude. And when we voiced our concern was aggressive in response and proceeded to tell us to find another cab in the morning to take us back to the airport. Needless to say our company is no longer doing business with American can due to their consistent poor service.
