I am constantly seeing one run stop signs or cut someone off. Today was my last straw. While at the gas station, my sister was walking through the parking lot to the gas station while I pump gas and Taxi Car 110 backed out of a parking spot so fast and crazy, that if my sister had not jumped out of the way, the car would've hit her. The company needs to reevaluate who they have driving their vehicles and representing their company.

My daughter was late for first day of college (I had allowed half hour). I gave it a second chance. Parent confirmed same day. 1 hour and 15 minutes before time of service. Again, no show. My daughter called, they said "she wasn't scheduled". I called to cancel future services I was told "we were on our way and she didn't need a ride". Company lied and is not trust worthy.

Bus started on fire on our wedding day! I understand mechanical/electrical failures happen, but I…read morewas not happy with the customer service. We paid around $1000 and they were only willing to refund $200. You would think this company would refund half the cost just for the inconvenience of people needing to get Uber rides and other people needing to make multiple trips to pick everyone up. The bus driver ignored my groomsmen telling him that something was smoking under the bus. There were also fumes in the bus and the bus driver did not get people off the bus even after my bridal party was complaining. Very disappointing...again I understand that failures happen, but how this company responded to this incident is disappointing and sad. (I have a friend who rented a bus for his bachelor party. The bus got a flat tire on it's way from Wausau to Milwaukee for a Brewers game. We missed the tailgating party, but we still made it to the game. That company refunded him for the FULL amount even though we made it to the game and made it back to Wausau.) I don't expect a full refund, but half refund would've been appreciated for the headache it caused.

You do get the accompanying road noise, but it is not too bad. Just city street traffic and not freeway or highway noise. The rooms have been nicely remodeled from whatever road shack this place was before. Each room has a fridge which is always a big plus. Each room also has a record player which I thought was kind of cool. Small but hip collection of records in the lobby to choose from. You can take up to three out at a time. The attached bar, The Lakely, is decent. Jazz band playing when I was there. Not a great beer selection. Was a little bit disappointed that the drink token I got when I checked in was for BOGO and not a freebie. That is not how I am accustomed to drink tokens working. I prefer The Lismore hotel which is a couple blocks away for its quietness. However, I would not object to staying here again.

For sure would stay again, but would try to book in the main building. My only thing with my room in the flats/unattached building, at least in the late summer/early fall, is that it was pretty musty in the room. They had damp rid packets out but they can only do so much. It was fine for one night but not the greatest vibe- probably not as big of a factor in the main building rooms though.
