I have been using this service for almost three years now and the quality has always been top notch. The service has grown to include several more drivers, of which I've had two newer ones, both of whom were polite, courteous and professional. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.

And then I called them again- that's when things went south. The lady dispatcher told me that they would be there in 10 minutes. I called back 20 minutes later, she was adamant about the ten minutes and made me feel like I was being impatient. So I ended up waiting for 35 minutes. I complained to the driver, who happened to be the same driver that picked me up earlier this morning. And let's just say that they have a problem with the lady dispatcher. Doesn't she realize that she IS the image of the company and her attitude just doesn't cut it. Their service, driving wise, is great by me. The next time you want to hire a cab, make sure you call an hour in advance or a day in advance if you know when you're leaving the next day. :-) My driver's name was Kenya! She was great.

They were a half hour late for a pick up to bring my family to the airport. This seems to be the M.O. for them judging by the previous review. This time, however, it was for a 6:00AM pick up. NO TRAFFIC EXCUSES. They didnt even bother alert us the driver would be late. We called at 6:05 and the dispatcher just said "oh yeah. he should be there in 20 mimutes or so." Are you serious!? When he finally did arrive it was the same thing...the cab STUNK of cigarettes and there was trash all over the cab. The guy said he lived in cranston and then asked how to get back to Pontiac...the road he JUST turned off of. We had this company for the pick up FROM the airport when we arrived home from our trip. We called to confirm that we had a van again for the pick up since there were 6 of us...again. Now...one would assume they'd make sure to get it right since they failed so horribly the first time, right? Nope. Another "Is this my a$$hole or my elbow" move. They sent ONE, 1, O.N.E taxi sedan to pick up SIX PEOPLE AND LUGGAGE EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING A VAN ONLY HOURS EARLIER. Sent that guy on his merry way and used the taxi service at TF Green instead.
