(I found this after actually shopping around) I ended up paying off my loan and went to a competitor one day later. When I paid this loan off there was a $6 lien change fee however, because I paid off the loan the next business day she did not mail out my title to the DMV. She still charged me $6 for a lien change that was never processed. She initially said it was a documentation fee which was again another lie.I just wonder who is keeping that money? They called me today to re-open my account. When I tried to ask her about that $6 fee she got super heated and hung up the phone. Their rates are WAY HIGHER than any competitor I went too! Shop around before doing business here. I DO NOT trust these people with my financial needs!

She really made a great impression on us and we feel good about our loan. No one ever wants to get a title loan, we just moved here and money has been tight. I was dreading the whole thing but she really made the process painless. I would definitely recommend this location to other people. :)
