I feel badly for those who had a non-typical experience but other than waiting sometimes due to long lines my loan payout and re-writing experience has always been a positive one. If you go mid-afternoon the line usually is much less and thus you are processed sooner. I have used them for any of service except for the payday loan so cannot speak on those topics. The wonderful aircon system is a pleasant relief as we are still experiencing the late summer heat in the high 90's. By the way, my tip is, give respect and politeness to the employees there and you will receive the same in return in spades.
