I have been a loyal customer have paid off 2 loans $5000 each but when I got covid a few weeks ago…read moreand missed 1 payment ALEX was like idc and this one was only 1500 they refinanced it I only got 500 more now they say because I missed one payment I owe 4000 omg My first two title loans was on my Mercedes Benz that I paid off now they are charging me Over 4000 for my Buick 2006 basically f your previous loyalty to us smh I literally thought they were good people well Mike was but idk it's all about the money I really thought when I was working with them they cared Bad review I think they need commission Alex is Not a Nice Person don't be fooled TAKE THE BUICK my feelings are hurt imagine paying off 2 Benz loans then u have Covid and they dog u smh
