I usually go to this place because I like the way they do my nails, but I recently went with my…read moresister in laws and they were rude. I know that it isn't uncommon for them to speak in their native language, but we got the feeling that they were talking about us. Whether they were or weren't, it's rude to giggle and talk in a different language in front of people who are paying you to do their nails. They made one of my sister in law's toe bleed during the pedi and when we told them the water was too hot, they basically ignored us until we point blank told them to cool the water off. In the end, her pedicure looked half a**ed. Her feet left looking as busted as they did when we came in. I was very disappointed the service this time and I have been going their for years. I won't be going back or bringing anyone there. They've never been overly friendly, which is fine, I don't need to be best friends with my nail tech, but when I leave feeling like they just didn't care and were possibly talking about me and the people I brought to give them money, I will find somewhere else to spend my cash.

Either way, the nail tech (older lady) starts clipping my nails and was being a little rough and I expressed to her the first 2 times that she had hurt me. Then she proceeds to start trimming the dead skin on my big toe and cut wayyy too deep and quickly applied pressure with a towel and told me infection. I said no ma'am, you just cut into my skin, it's bleeding! Then as she prepared to spray alcohol, I told her no - we don't spray alcohol on open wounds or put the open wound in contaminated water. Bottom line, I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received today. I now have a wounded toe that I pray will not become infected. I ended the service and was still charged the full price of the pedicure but I absolutely will not consider nor recommend this salon again.
