After trusting this firm with my business taxes for years, I've discovered an astonishing trail of mistakes, IRS penalties, returned tax payments, and financial headaches. They used a bank routing number that wasn't even associated with my business or my bank! This resulted in repeated failed tax payments and years of problems with the IRS. The truly unbelievable part? I had provided them with the CORRECT banking information years earlier, and I have the emails proving it. And that wasn't the only problem. We've uncovered tax payments applied to the wrong tax forms, repeated filing issues, penalties, and a mess spanning multiple tax years. Their incompetence has cost my business money, countless hours, and an unbelievable amount of frustration. Instead of running my business, I'm now forced to dig through years of IRS transcripts, emails, and financial records to investigate the very people I PAID to handle this correctly.
