DO NOT USE use Net Spend, the debit card associated with CHECK CITY. I have had a debit card with Check City/Net Spend for over a year and the last 3 months have been HELL!!! I am constantly being told there has been fraud on my account and at this point they block my debit card and I have no access to my money until they get me a new card in the mail. My debit card has been suspended no less than 10 times. I have had account closed because they (Net Spend) were holding my money hostage. I pay late charges and get delinquent charges on my bank account because I have to wait for a new debit card. At one time I had 2 accounts which worked perfectly for me until they decided to close one of the accounts and send my life into a Hell Spend. They put my money into another account and will not tell me the account number. If you want a happy financial life....STAY AWAY FROM CHECK CITY AND NET SPEND!!!! read more

This Check City location has an excellent level of customer service. The staff is quite knowledgeable about each type of loan offered, and they're able to answer any questions clearly. If you do need to get a short-term loan, be sure to ask for Latreece at this Jones Blvd location. She'll explain what you'll get as far as the loan amount, the interest charges, and the repayment requirements. If any issues come up after you've signed the loan agreement, any of these team members are able to fix them quickly and in a professional manner.
