The clerk had zero idea what I was asking for and then when I pointed out the signage for the product, he said, "man,I just got here, I don't know." Then, I saw a pack of the replacement tips for the device that comes in a 3 pack. They had them sort of hidden on a shelf behind the counter put up way high and upside-down. I pointed them out as to say, see? These go w the device. He acted as if it was the device. I explained it was not, but an accessory. Then, I noticed they were open and 2 tips were gone which leads me to believe they're opening packs of 3 and selling them singularly at a higher price. I left politely. Terrible management. They were rude and treated me as a nuance instead of a costumer ready to spend over 100 on a product. I will never shop there again.

On my most recent visit, I bought oil, water, beef for hamburgers, hamburger buns, lettuce, tomato, a garbage can, garbage bags, and a few kitchen utensils. Now when I visit my parents' cottage, I don't feel like I'm in the middle of nowhere. This store is going to be my go to place for shopping for a long time.
