I have found Marcy the owner is to be straightforward and honest, and though she can be a bit brusque at times, as she is in the Philadelphia roofing business I can understand. Their pricing is reasonable for quality of work. No roofer is cheap and if you apparently find one, don't trust them. We have a complicated roofscape (skylights, large AC unit mounts and penetrations, and major crickets required to clear drainage obstructions) and some leaking problems that predate our ownership. Castelli, and particularly their foreman Jimmy, have been generous in attending to drainage problems that may or may not have been a result of their work. I appreciate their work and the efforts made to help us negotiate our finicky roof.

It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party. Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays.
