i had my appointment canceled for me by chatters a month away. the last few had to be cancelled by myself. do to unforeseen and unexpected work commitments that were last minute in june. the other cancelled appointments was related to covid 19 and a family being gravely ill in the hospital and me needing to be there for my family member in case things turned for the worse i have been going there for years and if i cancel an appointment there is something related to work or family. also trying to keep the public safe from illness. all i got was a text saying i would no longer to book appointments on phone or online. that i would have to be a walk in appointment. i tried to call in advance but no answer or voicemail i could leave my messages further in advance. may hair alone can take up to hours when i go due to the fact i do all different kinds. hair colouring and waxing. tinting and buy lots of products. i will not be going to chatter mayor again. i was crucified for unexpected and uncontrollable events in my life. got no courtesy call just a text saying the above. that my services are not longer needed or wanted at chatters mayor south. that is fine with me there are better and more accommodating salons in lethbridge willing to take the money i spend on hair and products. read more

Terrible male hairdresser Carlos cut my hair at Chatters South, does what he wants and does not listen to customer.... extremely short every where, when I showed him a photo of what I wanted asymetrial cut (one side a little longer over my ear) he agreed and then he cut it all extremely short on both sides. I left the photo of hairstyle (photo of me a few years ago) up the entire time so he could see and reference, lets just say he did not do anything like it. Also I always have bangs and he blew dried my hair straight back with no bangs. NOT at all like the photo I gave him to reference. UGH Very disappointed! read more
