It was very similar to a cheesecake. It was savory and sweet especially with the milk tea, which added a great depth of tea. The pearls were perfectly cooked and had a great soft chewy texture. I really liked this drink. I ordered it with 50% less sugar and it came out perfect. The cheese was sweet enough for the drink. My sister ordered a MIX BERRY CRUSH. It didn't specify on the menu that it would also have cheese in it, which was a problem because the sister is lactose intolerant so they had to remake her order. The drink was okay. It tasted more like a strawberry slushie. It wasn't bad, but I couldn't taste any other fruits. I'm sure it would've tasted amazing with the cheese because savory and sweet can be such a great combo.
