I love Chatime almost as much as I love Easy Way, but not quite. Established in Taiwan in 2005, the franchise has only recently made its way to our shores and I'd like to say a big, fat WELCOME, I'm so glad you came. The trend towards Asian-style flavoured tea drinks has ensured Chatime's success, and in a little over two years, twenty-six stores have opened around the country. And luckily for me one of them is in Burwood.
Pick up a loyalty card because once you taste these little delights, you will be hooked. My favourite flavours are the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with the deliciously sweet and sugary pearls, and the Taiwan Taro. If that doesn't sound like your cup of tea (oh my, that's lame) you can choose from a variety of flavour categories such as:
* Mellow Milk Tea
* Fresh Tea
* Oriental Pop Tea
* Special fruit tea/ juice
* Coffee
* Smoothies
Brewed on site, Chatime's tea is priced similarly to other flavoured-tea chains, and will cost you between $4 and $6 for a drink. read more
