They can't even maintain the trees, and when they damage your home, they offer no solution--instead, they just hassle you. There's no parking, and the pool gets left with dirty diapers containing feces. But the worst part is the management; they are useless. The community is fed up with them--so much so that many people go to complain, but the managers won't even face us. I hope this reaches the owners and they put someone competent and friendly in the position.

I've lived here for over 6 years and it's been fantastic! I feel safe and supported by the office staff who always know who I am when I call with my laundry list of questions. Both Dan and Donna are friendly and eager to assist with any needs you may have. That said, they are both no nonsense individuals. They have a job to do and they do it well and with great professionalism, from my experience. If you're looking to bend the rules or get away with infractions, this isn't the place for you. They put our safety as a #1 priority which may be frustrating to some that don't understand why some of these rules exist. This is a community, people look out for each other and are friendly to everyone. However, if you're not following the rules of the park, you will be outed by the nice old lady next door, or the family down the street... then the park management will be contacting you! :)

PROS Month to month rent Cheaper than an apartment You can pay rent with a personal check CONS laundry machines break often and are usually used by one tenant all at once so the rest of us don't get to start our laundry for hours. (4 machines, 40 tenants) The manager on-site decides who and when to enforce community rules like parking in designated spaces, doing mechanical maintenance on cars, advertising 'for sale' items throughout the community They require a 60 day notice to leave their establishment which guarantees you pay double rent if you are to get into a new place when available. They require you to maintain the landscaping including trees and bushes you did not plant, around your space, and will not pay for damages incurred from tree branches falling on cars etc. The PGE bill is astronomical on top of the monthly rent--more than $100 a month for an RV in the summer and you cannot detach your bill from the communities. Rent goes up every year. This year it went up 9%.

Andre makes me feel that my opinion counts for something. In addition, there is not a permanent general manager in this location. He has a good personality and I would like to have Andre as a general manager soon.
