Our positive experience convinced us to swing back around for a nightcap later on in our time in Aix, and I'm so glad we did! The glass of bright pink champagne we enjoyed on their patio was quite possibly the most delicious wine I've ever had. We wanted to take home a bottle, but local liquor laws prevent sale after a certain time of night. If only I could turn back time....
