Never judge a vape store by the back-of-the-cabinet vibe. At first glance, I wasn't sure if I'd found a vape shop or the secret back panel of a 1970s hutch. But once I stepped inside -- boom -- flashing lights, colorful signs, and a wild selection that totally redeemed the entrance. The staff were super helpful (there seemed to be one for every customer), and they take Apple Pay -- always a win. Prices ran about $5 higher than my usual spot, but I signed up for rewards and scored 10% off, so I'll call it even. Clean store, decent smell, and surprisingly fun. Zero help, bought a battery for my delta 8 cart, walked out and put the cart on the battery and tried to turn it on and it didn't work. When I returned not two minutes later as she watched me sitting in my pickup at the door, she refused to be of any assistance to replacing the shitty $19.00 battery but rather saying it works because the light when she plugged it in worked and then basically insisted that I either charge it and wait.... Which didn't work anyways.. or buy a new battery. I'm not mad about the money wasted more as I am of the poor ass customer service I was given. I'll make the drive to Watertown's very own Vape Depot any day to get the service that Phil, Nancy and the rest of the employees give out! If it were me I'd rather close as a business than have an employee like the one I dealt with today. read more

You will find a great selection of mods and juices here as well as A wide selection of accessories and coils. They have the best prices I've found and they will beat the competitions prices. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful here. If you are new to vaping I would recommend this place first because they explain why one option is preferable to another and will make sure you get what works for you. read more
