This is mainly because I was not going to spend a ton of money on fancy cars so that they could bang them up. I've learned that most kids treat their first cars like a bumper car. Anyway- that being said- Mr. Wade literally kept both cars operable and in good shape throughout both of their teen driving years. I purchased well-used inexpensive vehicles and just made sure that we stayed in top of issues and repairs as needed. I can't tell you how many times Mr. Wade saved me money by making suggestions and being honest with me when he could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and made an easy buck. Also, a few of her co-workers highly regarded him. $2100 and 1 1/2 months later the vehicle was finally fixed. One of the weeks he was gone for vacation and hasn't taken one in a long time so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Well, after the vehicle was fixed, I noticed 4 important bolts missing from the intake and one that was stripped out. I also noticed the water pump was still leaking and not sealed properly. When I brought it back and refused to pay anything to fix it, the owner admitted to me that "the boy didn't know what he was doing and told him not to strip it out" If that's the case, then he shouldn't have been touching the vehicle period and shouldn't be working there. After spending this much money, I would expect a better quality job and that the owner himself would look over everything before sending it out. He apologized, and almost didn't want to fix it at first and told me "those bolts really don't do do anything." If that's the case, then they shouldn't have been there in the first place. He did fix the mistake, but I'll never take another vehicle there ever again and would suggest for anyone else not to either.

When I got it back there was a large spiderweb/shatter in my windshield. When I called them out on it they tried to say that I did it. I hadn't even gotten into my truck when I noticed it. They refusing to take responsibility and refusing to pay for the damages. Then had the audacity to charge me extra for gas that they didn't put in it, it was sitting on "E". The proceeded to charge me extra to get my receipt because he was dodging the taxes on it. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to them again, and I'm hard pressed to not trust another mechanic in the state of Mississippi.
