I met Dennis when my wife and I went to an open house in Pasadena about 6 years ago. I was impressed by his professionalism and we exchanged information. He contacted me and we started our two year journey looking at home after home. Dennis showed patience through the two years of house hunting and always gave us his honest opinion whether we agreed or not. He has a great eye for improvements for a home and how improvements may help for resale. We settled on a nice home in Hacienda Heights. Dennis helped us with the offers and counter offers. Shortly after we went into escrow. Dennis was present for every inspection and hand held us through the entire purchasing process. This was our first purchase. We were so fortunate to have his assistance throughout the process. Before we knew it we were at the escrow office signing the final papers. Dennis met us at the home with our keys and congratulated us on our new home. Dennis even came over with his wife and we had a welcome BBQ. We lived there for almost 5 years. We kept in touch with each other. One day we were talking about the housing market and how it was on the rise. Inventory was down and sales were up. We decided to put our home on the market and look for a new home. The timing was perfect. We met with Dennis and came up with a selling price with his help. Now we were off. Dennis walked us through the process of selling and buying at the same time. We started looking for houses as Dennis started printing fliers, listing, and holding open houses. Dennis personally came to our home and helped us stage the entire home to put on the MLS. Before we knew it we were putting offers on homes and packing. Dennis was our coach, consoler, and advisor as we looked at house after house. In about 2 months we had an offer on our home. Dennis was able to get a 50 day escrow which gave us more time to find a home. 30 days later we went into escrow on new home. Dennis again helped us through the entire selling and purchasing process. As two working professionals it was a comfort that Dennis was on top of everything. He would advise us what we had to do and would assist us in any way he could. We have had three transactions with Dennis. All of them went better than anticipated. I often poke fun at his acronym: PPP. Truthfully the 3 Ps fit him and his style perfectly: Personal, Positive, and Professional I could not imagine another real estate person taking care of me and my family as well as Dennis Finnerman has cared for us. I have full confidence that Dennis will take care of your family as well as he has mine.

We used Vic to sell our condo in Woodland Hills, California and it was such an easy experience. He gave me a lot of good, honest information about the selling process and always kept us informed during that process. Vic gave us realistic expectations about pricing, timelines, procedures, inspections, and anything else we had questions about. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the field and really helped us make informed decisions from the first time we met with him until the close of escrow. He even followed up with us after escrow had closed to make sure we knew that it had (before the escrow company had contacted us). Vic was also very easy to get a hold of. If he didn't pick up his phone when I called, he called me back the same day. Whenever we interacted with Vic, he always made us feel like valued clientele and never rushed us through anything. The entire process took only 60 days and we got over asking. Again, I would recommend Vic Poladian as a real estate agent to anyone looking to have a positive buying or selling experience.
