    I have been a customer with State Farm for about 4 months. When I initially signed the policy in…read morethe office with Libby she was great. I get paid twice a month(10th & 25) so I have all my bills coming out of my large check on the 10th. Libby contacted me monthly and made sure everything was good and was always trying to offer other services. So on this month I was charged twice and the payment wasn't due until the next month. It auto drafted out of my account leaving a zero balance. Libby changed companies and is no longer there and I went it to see what the situation was. I dealt with Haven and she attempted to help and called her manager in and (manager)she was very nonchalant and unsympathetic. I don't know if it was above her skill-set to return my funds or she wasn't in my shoes and didn't really care. She began to tell me the last person this happened to(week prior) didn't get their money returned either. My reply was "I'm not that person and I'm a great paying customer." She asked Haven if I had signed the Auto draft document to cover the company's butt. It's evident they don't go to bat for their customers. I was told they would follow up with billing. As a result my bank account was empty from this happening. I had a dental appointment that morning(missed and incured $50 fee for no show), phone was cut off due to this($30 late fee) and my gym membership tried to auto draft($30). Every call I had to initiate because they didn't find it important. I received a call back this morning telling me they are not returning funds due to company policy. Being a former Combat Army Ranger Veteran I think I was done wrong and I'm not satisfied with the service. I hope this review helps someone. This experience may not be indicative to State Farm, May only be this local office. Let's see how quickly they respond to this review. They need Libby back cause customer service has left the building...
