I can't say enough great things about Chase Insurance!! Chase got me better car insurance coverage…read morewith less money, including car rental coverage. I never thought I'd need that but after having an accident that really damaged my car, I got a wonderful rental vehicle to drive so I could go to work and to go about my business! Chase called me to make sure I was ok and was more concerned about my well -being than about claims! He made sure I got the rental car the very next day and has followed up with me during this process! He's so knowledgeable and caring! Auto insurance is not all he does! I had to go on Obamacare after a divorce and he filled out all my health care info to get my coverage when the website kept giving others problems. ...he just took care of it all for me! I couldn't ask for a better agent!

Our transaction…read moreinvolved several difficult and constantly changing circumstances, yet his office handled everything with professionalism, patience, and clear communication from start to finish. What stood out most was their ability to stay organized and proactive despite the many moving parts. They kept everyone informed, responded quickly to questions, and made sure every detail was handled correctly so the closing could move forward smoothly. Even when unexpected issues came up, they remained calm and solutions-focused, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but having a knowledgeable and dependable closing attorney like Doug made a huge difference. We are very grateful for his hard work and would absolutely recommend Neumann law to anyone needing a skilled and reliable real estate attorney. His fees were also very reasonable! Top Notch experience!

I live in Florida, but needed a local law firm to help with a property issue in Haywood County…read more Tiffany gave me a call, we discussed the issue for just a few minutes. The paperwork was sent right away and I paid $1000 in advance. She said that if I had any questions I should ask. I did, but never got any answer. She had me contact family members and do the work she should have been doing. She did not contact me for several weeks. I had to call the office and I was told she was doing research and would get back to me. She was doing research on something that was no longer needed and I have no proof that anything was done other than avoid getting back to me. I asked her to write letters and she had me provide more information. I never received the letters or proof of anything she had done, but I received an invoice and all of the money I had paid in advance with the exception of $125 was used. I called the office, requested the letters and the remaining funds and told them I would no longer require their services. To date, I have received NOTHING! I have worked with lawyers in the past and have never encountered a firm such as this one.

I recently wrote about my experience with Scott Dillin who appeared on my behalf and was able to…read moreget my speeding ticket dismissed. After I was ticketed, I contacted 2 other attorneys in addition to Mr. Dillin. Mr. Sluder's office was one of them. I sent the same email to each attorney. While Mr. Dillin responded almost immediately very late at night and answered his own phone, I received an email the next day from Mr. Sluder's assistant. While Mr. Dillin would be representing me personally, I would be represented by Mr. Sluder's Buncombe County associate. While Mr. Dillin was confident that he would be able to get my charge reduced to an equipment violation which would not have any insurance or DMV points, Mr. Sluder's office wanted to plead to 0-9 over the limit. While that would (theoretically) would not have resulted in an insurance rate increase, it would have resulted in an 1 point on my driving record. They were not even open to discussing an alternative. While Mr. Dillin was only going to charge his attorney fee upfront, Mr. Sluder's office was going to charge the entire amount (court costs, fines, and attorney fees) upfront regardless of the outcome. Since Mr. Dillin was able to get my charge dismissed, I owed nothing more -- thus saving myself well over half of what I would have paid Mr. Sluder's office. On the plus side, Mr. Sluder's office was NOT the worst of the 3 attorney's. The 3rd took 2 days to get back to me, would have charged over 150 more than Mr. Sluder and if he was able to get my ticket dismissed, still would have kept the entire amount. The upshot -- if you get caught in the NC State Highway Patrol's annual "fundraiser", do yourself a favor and contact multiple attorneys and find the one that will do what's right for you rather than what is right for them.
