Luis, the Branch Manager is horrible. A year ago my mother needed several medallion signatures. We have always shown our Chase credit card and gotten them. He insisted she had to open an account at the branch and opened her a trust account. When we returned a few months ago, he said he would do it 1 time but she had to have an estate account. Mind you, he is the one who opened the 1st one. Last week, I went in to get an appt for a medallion signature. Now he tells me, they have to send the paperwork to their legal department for approval which takes a day or 2 to get back before they can schedule an appt. Either they are not getting enough new accounts or he is just horrible at managing. Needless to say, we went to another branch, got it done and closed the account. I would not recommend Yukon branch to anyone. read more

Service is great and it's a very small bank making it a 'family' type atmosphere. Management does great job in management of work schedules, i.e., the have the correct amount of staff on duty when busy times are anticipated. read more

If i could put a zero star i would!! First off dont plan on deposting any check with chase they will put a hold on every single check processed up to two weeks depending on when they decide to work or not( to verify the check) . Dont expect to call in to get any assistance if your out of town. The customer service is like the place is ran by high school graduates. So I opened a new account 3 weeks ago and never received my debit card in the mail. I have tried calling this branch multiple times a day and different times and NEVER picked up. I tried to go up there today after work, because I had already tried the 800 number and was told I have to go up to the bank, I couldn't order a new card over the phone. I came in about 15 minutes before close, knowing it would only take about 5 to order a new card. I was met by the only "banker" there, the rude older lady with blond choppy hair and was told to just call the 800 number because she couldn't help me....every time I deal with her she's rude and acts like she has better things to do rather than her job. I normally can turn the other cheek but when I can't access my money for 3weeks because they never shipped it??I'm a little over it. read more

This has got to be the worst Chase branch I have ever dealt with! They used to service my home loan and I have three active accounts with them, and no matter what kind of business I have with them they always make it a hassle. I have had trouble cashing checks (personal and business....even government checks [IRS] they put a hold on?!?!). I have also had problems with my family (wife) trying to deposit cash into my account (we have multiple accounts) , most banks love to take deposits not this one. I must ask what good is a bank when they make it difficult to deposit money (cash and check), withdrawal money, and cash checks, aren't these all the reasons of having a bank? And if you are ever stuck trying to use their ATM all I can say is good luck. It is a crapshoot that this outdated piece of junk is even working and when it is the ATMs screen is so hard to read, especially on sunny days that you can't even tell what buttons you are pushing. I guess they can't afford an anti-glare screen? You would think that your bank would have an ATM that was manufactured in this decade. Also, I would not ever count on any advice given from this Chase branch either, one branch will say they can do something that another branch won't so their is absolutely no consistency in what you are told is the truth and policy or not, it is like they make rules up as they go. I was also told they have to do what the computer says if it tells them to put a hold on a check the computer has the final say I guess. I don't know why this branch even has a manager if they aren't there to make decisions (or allowed to) it is like they are robots just doing what a computer tells them to do? Amanda (I think this was her name?) "the manager" at the Yukon branch was less than helpful and did not have any authority to correct the problem at hand (cashing a government [IRS] check).
