He insisted she had to open an account at the branch and opened her a trust account. When we returned a few months ago, he said he would do it 1 time but she had to have an estate account. Mind you, he is the one who opened the 1st one. Last week, I went in to get an appt for a medallion signature. Now he tells me, they have to send the paperwork to their legal department for approval which takes a day or 2 to get back before they can schedule an appt. Either they are not getting enough new accounts or he is just horrible at managing. Needless to say, we went to another branch, got it done and closed the account. I would not recommend Yukon branch to anyone.

Unfortunately, I recently decided to get a Midfirst credit card, and thus my troubles began. I had a bad charge on it, but Midfirst will not investigate. I've spent hours on the phone, transferred time and again, but never was able to talk with anyone who could help with my problem. They told me I had to fax papers. There wasn't even a number I could call! This is the worst experience that I've had with any credit card. I highly recommend that you not get a Midfirst credit card.
