It's close to work…read moreand home, they have two separate outside ATM's (one drive up and one walk up), and the customer service inside is great. My hubby and I have both had to come here several times for different issues. We're usually helped by the same person who recognizes us and is very nice, and she usually is very quick to be able to fix any issue we may have. Overall, 5 stars because a bank is a bank, and they do a good job getting your stuff done fast with a smile.

The staff was welcoming and very concerned with understanding what brought me into their establishment. I was pleased with the attentiveness of all the staff until I got to the actual banker that my appointment was with (Joy S.). Joy took me asked me what I was in for and I proceeded to tell her that I was in for a personal finance REVIEW; to get advice on ways to save, make investments etc. Joy pulled up my account and almost immediately tried to get me to pull out a loan to pay off my credit card. Pulling out a loan didn't once come out of my mouth when I told her what I was in for today, and no other advice was given to me about saving, making investments or how this whole "adulting" thing works. I was very displeased with my appointment because after telling Joy I was not interested in taking out a loan I was quickly dismissed. It was as if taking out a loan was her only concern and we discussed NOTHING else. She ruined my experience of going into a bank and getting advice from an actual banker.

    Staff is not trained. I came to this branch to deposit a Savings Bond. First I was told they…read morecould not be deposited but must be cashed- that was fine, I would simply deposit in my Regions account once cashed. Then, 20+ minutes later, I was told to work with a different teller. This teller told me that I could not deposit my Savings Bond because it had my maiden name on it. My first name has not changed and neither has my social security number that is printed on the bond and would match the number on my Regions account. When I asked to speak to a manager, as I have deposited multiple bonds in the past at Regions, they said they couldn't but then gave me the manager's business card. After leaving the branch, I called the number, and the same teller answered. I asked if I could leave a recorded voicemail for the manager and she said no but she would hand write a note. I would not recommend this branch if you need service outside of an ATM deposit or withdrawal.

I went inside because normally I'm in the drive threw. I needed to do a withdrawal from my business account. I approached the front counter and was greeted by a teller whom name was BiBi I handed her my driver license and my business bank card and informed her I'd like to make a withdrawal, she stated you don't normally come to this branch ( eyebrow raised, because I have no idea why she thought that ) I replied yes I actually do I'm normally in the drive threw. She then says we'll can you remove your mask so I can see whom I'm speaking to, eyebrow really raised now mind you she has my driver license and my bank card in her hand. I refused because Covid is on a all time rise and I tried explaining that to her and asked if she could ask my a security question or something because at this point I feel very violated and discriminated against. She replied it's for your safety, I then asked is there a alert or something on my account for it to be for my safety? Her manager Eric Higgins made it even worst, he said it's for your own safety and if you feel discriminated against I'm glad you feel that way! Wow I said excuse me he then repeated himself and said I'm glad you feel discriminated against,, I'm standing there in disbelief with my mouth wide open. This man is in a wheel chair, I said to him you saying that your glad I feel discriminated against would be like me saying to you, I'm glad your in a wheel chair., He then said I'm closing your account I then asked on what grounds and he said and I quote because I can, I received a letter from his office Jan 12th 2022 tiled notice of account closure service termination. I feel so violated that here we are in 2022 and their are still people in this world who thinks their above others because they hold certain positions. I'm speaking for myself as well as to any African American that has experience this type of behavior from a manger at a bank or any other institution that throws their weight around just to cause another person hardship, as our ancestors experience great oppression. There's absolutely no reason for Eric Higgins to close my account but yet as he stated because he can my accounts are due to be closed. Although I've made a complaint the day of the incident I have not heard back from anyone from regions. Consider this a warning allowing people to know just how regions bank at 5084 dr. Phillips blvd. Orlando, Fla 32819 handles their African American people. Because I don't believe if my skin was another color I would be getting this kind of treatment. People please be aware and stay away!Ive contacted regions bank yet still no response!

    Called Saratoga branch on Congress St to pay off mortgage last week. they called department for…read morepayoff amount for monday june 19. mortgage dept responded with payoff amount. Manager setup payoff meeting for today june 19. here i sit with check in hand outside the bank which is closed for juneteeth. how did the manager not know the bank was closed and how did the mortgage payoff folks preparing the paperwork not flag this??? Guess you now know why we are paying it off, crappy communication, lost files, and rotating personnel that are not properly trained. very sad and pathetic there right now. time to go to another loxal bank.

    On 10/19 I went into this Trustco location to open a business account, I met with the bank manager…read moreMr. Hernandez who did not provided me with the correct information, he BS me the entire time I was there. He had me sign several hard copies of documents and create a user name. He took my personal information , my company personal information. He told me that he will have to get with with me the best next to see if Trustco will able to do business, when do a bank have to interview you to open a business account, I knew someone wasn't right. After I haven't heard from him. I reached out to him. He never returned my calls until I emailed him. Mr. Hernandez told me that Trustco bank will not be doing business with my company, when I asked him why, he told me that it's Trustco compliance department that didn't approved me, which was a lie. He went on to say it's not you, it's not personal. Well it was personal, I called another location and opened a account with no issues, no approvals needed. Another location took an hour to opening up my account with great customer service. Which leads me to believe that while Mr. Hernandez was assuring me that it's not personal , his decision was a personal one due to an employee of his Pearline Ganganna Jivraj. Who influenced him into not doing business with me or my company. I believe Mr. Hernandez did not act in the best interest of the institution he represent and fail as the branch manager to provided the type of service he was hired to do and to let an employee influence him into making a bad decision tells me his not Ms. Ganganna Jivraj needs to be in the position they are and should be terminated by this employer for not following company policy, for not act in the company best interest and for mishandling customer information. I feel that everything I sign in that office can be used by these two individuals to harm myself and my company.
