    Worst customer service. The staff is extremely rude. They will make you wait while the staff is seating idle.

    Mike Figueroa was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He had me in and out of the branch super quick! Highly recommended.

    The staff at the teller desk was very slow and rude. Advise to Management train staff to be less defensive and to listen first.

    I have been to this branch 4 times and each time the service is WORSE. The girls here are SO RUDE…read moreand unhelpful and treated my elderly parents terrible. Not to mention you can not even get an appointment to meet with a banker for over a week. They gave me a business card to call the Branch Manager (who was out to lunch when they are only open for 7.5 hours a day) and the number is WRONG! I called the 1-800 line and they couldn't even get someone to answer they did however confirm to me that the girls gave me a non working number to call. STAY AWAY from WF. Sadly, Not the bank they used to be....

    I had an appointment, 11 Jan 24/3:30PM at 5227 Bruce B Downs, Wesley Chapel. We arrived…read moreapproximately 3:25PM. The only banker present was working with a customer, not an issue. When the customer heard we had an appointment they kindly told the banker they didn't know they required an appointment and asked what time it was. The banker responded it's 3:30. The customer then told the banker they can they can go so that we can be seen on time. The banker said no, we always have walk-ins, they can wait. THIS WAS AN ISSUE. The banker did not honor the appointment system nor did she greet or tell us that she'd help us soon after the current customer. 10 minutes after waiting, we finally get seated. We addressed our purpose, to close/open a new accounts due to a death. She was not able to help us due to time limitation. The funny part was she told us she had a 4:00 appointment, like she was concerned about meeting that appointment time, after not honoring our appointment time! She said she would not be able to open new accounts due to time limitation but offered to close our account. I said, why would I close the accounts if you can't open new accounts? How would I access any funds if you closed our accounts without opening new accounts?! She realized how idiotic that statement was and immediately tried to reinstate herself by asking by saying, well...ummmm... I can look at your account. I said, why would I want you to look at my accounts if you can't help?! Just by talking to her I lost confidence in her skillset and believed she would not be able to tell anything I don't already know. So we walked out and went to another Wells Fargo, 1911 Bruce B Downs. We arrived at 4PM. Now they were professional! They did things right! When we got there they greeted us and told us the only banker on shift had a 4PM appointment but we will call them, wait for another 15 min, and if then they do not show we will be more than happy to help or schedule an appointment. EXCELLENT rating for 1911 Bruce B. Downs Wells Fargo!!! Going back to 5227 Bruce B Down Wells Fargo, the banker, in my eyes, did not have great customer service or banker skillset. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

Went into the branch a few days ago and asked for the manager -- 2 hour wait. I was waiting for the joke, but guess what...it's me, for trusting that a reputable establishment would resolve an issue regarding my money, idk. Definitely should've checked the reviews before driving 40 minutes to this branch with the expectation that I'd get my issue resolved in real time. I'd like to start by saying a 1 star is generous. I went to get a replacement debit card on Friday, 9/6, because my chip malfunctioned. Before verifying that a card could be printed, Dillon both deactivated and destroyed the card that I had. So, printer is broken, I either have to wait indefinitely, or he can "do me a favor" and overnight it, I'll receive it on Monday, 9/9. Today is Wednesday, 9/11. No card. No tracking number. No record of it being sent to me. And, to add insult to injury, he didn't even properly reset my pin, so I'm walking around with a digital card that's getting declined because Dillon failed to do his job. Imagine having to go through all of the accounts your card is attached to, change the number, then find out the physical card doesn't exist, so the customer service line offers to "waive the fee" to send you a new card, thennnnnn, you have to do it all over again. I trust Navy Federal solely based on affiliation, which I now know makes me an idiot. Update from NFCU: Card wasn't even PRINTED until Monday 9/9, by someone with whom I didn't even interact when I went into the branch. Who is Diamond? Certainly not the white boy I dealt with...Not only was it not printed until Monday, they didn't even have the decency to expedite it, so now USPS has it and it will possibly be delivered by SEPTEMBER 19th. Approximately 9 business days after I was assured it would be overnighted. Imagine how pleased I am. I'd highly recommend NOT going to this branch, and based on the reviews, it ain't just me.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BAD PEOPLE WITH NO COMMON SENSE!…read more Would you do business with a company that wouldn't let you take 7" from the tip of a tree branch on their grounds? (I do Bonsai). To me, it is a clear indication that at least the manager of the Weasley Chapel branch is a bad person. And worse: HAS NO COMMON SENSE, I'll explain... I don't do business with bad people and some of them are quick to show their real selves, like in this case. I cannot think of a single reason for that denial, but the twisted pleasure of the denial itself. The manager feeling very important in his cubicle did not even bother to raise his head or ask any questions, or at least to give me any excuse as a simple matter of courtesy. Maybe he doesn't like a well-dressed smiling, white, 70-year-old man walking into "his" lobby for other reasons than bringing money? God knows! I had 6 huge Flamboyant trees in front of my house that I planted myself in Largo, it would never cross my mind to deny anybody a cutting of those trees, and God knows I missed them. Would you trust someone with that attitude for advice, with no common sense, and prone to random acts of wickedness? Individuals like him don't do anything for anybody unless they can take a good chunk in exchange for it. That simple act speaks loudly of him as a person and the company he works for. If I were the CEO of Grow Financial I would fire that manager immediately: first for being a bad person and second: those 7" already cost the company one prospective client, me, and God knows how many others. They can just multiply their ACT -average client transaction- for just 2 lost clients and they will find out the cost of that 7" tree branch... the most expensive 7" ever! and another one-star review the company doesn't need. Don't put your money in the hands of bad people with NO COMMON SENSE!

    I have been with MidFlorida for 15 years. In that time, I have had several car loans, a line of…read morecredit, a mortgage, a credit card, and recently a CD. I've not been super happy with how they have operated but when my CD term ended, they automatically renewed it. Instead of the almost 5% yield I was getting, they put it at 1.2%, which is absolutely ridiculous. It's my fault that I did not take note of the renewal date, but to drop it that low is unfair. When I called them to inquire, I was spoken to in a condescending manner. It's a quarter of a million dollars; 1.2% does not even keep up with inflation. They wanted a $2,500 penalty to cancel it and would not budge, so I paid it. Then, I transferred the money to another bank making 3.7% in a savings account, and I'm in the middle of closing everything down. It's very disappointing how they say they are a caring community credit union but are behaving like a large, impersonal bank. Shame on them; I'll take my money elsewhere.
