Today I'm not sure why she made me feel very uncomfortable as if I'm bringing a check that has never been cleared from my work I've cashed my checks here for a year now and this is the first time I get a negative feedback/response from this lady. When I asked her if the change of policy was recent she said no so I was confused why for an entire year she cashed my checks with no hesitation then why would she mention it was a recent change and then take her words back and say it's been a policy they had this entire time ?? and on top of that today she was acting very strange I even saw her dismiss the other teller so she would not help me and addressed me by my first name thing she never did before in the times I've came here. Honestly I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life like I did today. I think I might have to switch banks since this is becoming and issue I'd say be very mindful in opening an account there these ladies will be nice one minute and the next act like you are committing a crime with your own money which is not ok!!

    I just want to say THANK You for finding our our lost money after we attempted to deposit cash into…read morean ATM using a different credit union ATM machine. That ATM crashed during deposit. It started rebooting over an over again. We called their customer service and she logged everything on a recorded line. Told us to call Bay FED in the morning if we don't see any sign of our cash deposit. I called Bay Fed this morning and a very nice lady said she will open a claim and everything will be OK. Sure enough! It was! The provisional credit is there tonight so I can pay the property taxes tomorrow! So thank you.

    Bay Fed keeps deducting a monthly $15 maintenance fee from my account despite the fact that last…read morespring and summer I went to my branch in person TWICE to ask how to avoid this fee. First I was told I needed to keep $1000 in my savings account so I immediately transferred $1000 into my savings account and continued getting the "fee deduction" - $15 monthly fee from my checking account in June-October. I've messaged Bay Fed via email FIVE times through the app, and returned to the branch TWICE in person to find out how to avoid the fee. In June I was told "oops it needs to be $1000 in your checking account not savings". What?! So I immediately transferred to $1K over to checking in June 2022. Monthly fees continued. I'm now owed $45. My last message sent to them on Saturday has not received a response yet. Frustrating. Also, hold firm on your loan quote from them.

I'm beyond grateful for the outstanding service we received from Watsonville branch Santa Cruz Community credit union throughout many years. At a time when we felt stuck and unsure of how to move forward, they stepped in and made what seemed impossible, possible. We first worked with them to secure a car loan, and the process was smooth, straightforward, and handled with care. They took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way with a very low interest rate! Later on, when our financial situation changed, the bank didn't turn its back on us--they stepped up again. They worked with us on refinancing and created a solution that helped us stay afloat. Thanks to their flexibility, compassion, and true commitment to helping families, we were able to keep our vehicle and get back on stable ground. They also offered a skip a payment which came in handy during the holidays!!!! This is what a real community bank looks like--one that cares about people, not just numbers. I was surprised people had bad reviews. Hopefully when you have a good experience- rate it. Deserves better
