The tellers are friendly and always ready to help you out. The place is clean and wheelchair friendly. The ATM is located in between the entrance and entry doors into the banking stations. Nice to know it is a 24 enclosed entrance! I recently went in and asked for "Christmas money" What I mean by that is new, crisp fresh bills to give my little nieces in Christmas cards. My husband and I are in the process of trying to buy a house. There is no getting around heading to the bank to "make some money moves" (LOL). Begrudgingly him and I went to this location and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless our visit was. This location is a bit on the smaller side, so right off the bat I was less apprehensive on the task at hand. Upon walking in we saw empty host desk, but was greeted moments later and apologies were made for the wait. We didn't wait that long but I was appreciative of the sentiment. One of the financial advisor, Carolyn, was able to meet with us right away. she was able to advise us on our accounts and was also able to do what we asked fairly quickly. She also notified us of other tools that we could take advantage of through online banking. The one thing I mostly appreciated was she did not try to upsell us, rather she was mostly informative. It made what could be a very stressful errand not so stressful.
