From not being able to do a remote deposit to night being able to sign in to their "new updated" app, after multiple calls and a massive waste of time, and not getting calls back when I am told I would be, I can't stand this credit union.

No more then couple minutes I was in and out of the bank on Thursday afternoon. If you are looking for a Chase Bank that has great customer service skills. Then you will find at this Chase Location. This was easily the worst customer service experience I've had at a bank. I came in expecting…read moreassistance with a simple issue and instead was met with a level of indifference that was honestly shocking. My interaction with Jesus was particularly disappointing. Rather than listening, answering questions, or attempting to help, he seemed more interested in shutting the conversation down as quickly as possible. His attitude came across as dismissive and condescending, and at no point did I feel like he was interested in providing customer service. What frustrated me most wasn't that my issue couldn't be resolved. It was the complete lack of effort, professionalism, and basic courtesy. If this is the standard of service at this branch, customers deserve to know before wasting their time. I left without a resolution and with far less confidence in Bank of America than when I walked in.

I came to this branch while visiting Sonoma County to quickly grab a debit card after I lost mine…read moresometime during a wine tasting. I could tell that this location was busier than most. There were several ATMs outside as well as one in the drive through. The security guard was friendly and opened the door for me. I was quickly greeted by a wonderful blonde woman in the lobby who directed my to a banker who helped me get the card. The banker was so amazing and not only helped me get a debit card but fixed a few other problems that I was putting off. The line to see a teller was quite long but all of the employees seemed happy and efficient no matter what. There were a few angry customers but it is hard to understand why all of them would be in that long line. I hardly ever visit an actual bank with all of the technology I have right in my pocket. Between the mobile app and direct deposit I never have to go to a teller anymore. While the teller line moved quickly the woman from the lobby continued to try and help everyone in line and make sure they were there for the right reason. She ran back and forth from the line, to the tellers and back to help the people waiting for bankers and all with a smile. I can tell this branch gets very busy but they certainly have the right people working to be able to get the job done. The building's interior looked a bit outdated but when I had mentioned the 70s style of it to the banker he told me they would be remodeling it with offices sometime in 2017. This will be nice since it would be much more comfortable talking about my finances in an office and not four feet away from other desk. Before I left I was introduced to both of the managers, two very intelligent young women, who thanked my for my long time relationship with the bank and made sure all of my problems were solved. I was thankful for this mostly because their banker had identified the problems I was putting off and it was not their department's fault but they handled my problem with such confidence and ease. Overall I can tell the employees really love their branch and take pride in making it a happy place no matter how busy they might get. Reading the past reviews, people might judge this place for the teller line only or maybe they have had some staffing changes recently that have really brought the best out of Bank of America. Whatever it is.. It's working!
