It was my first experience with the business and a great first time experience at that! I used the drive up teller to make my deposit. The gal who assisted me was a peach! She was the only one manning the drive up but she was quick and friendly. I had the account number I was depositing to but probably wouldn't have needed it because she immediately knew whom I was referencing when I said their name. I thought that personal touch was super cool! Overall this was a happy social experience for such an ordinary transaction. I'm super pleased. This review is only for this branch and not for Fifth Third Bank as a businesses.

Here is my letter to Regions Bank Customer Service;…read more Hello, I have been a customer of Regions for almost 25 plus years. I bank at my local Regions branch at Isla Del Sol, 5901 Sun Blvd, St Petersburg, FL. 33715. Due to the coronavirus, appointments have to be made to conduct business. I called and set the appointment for 11:15 3/20/2020. I needed to have a wire transfer to close on a property I am purchasing. Upon arrival, another customer arrived approx 15 seconds prior to me, they let him in, then told me I would have to wait. This customer did not have an appointment. After 20 minutes, of waiting in my hot car in the parking lot, I called another branch, made a new appointment, drove there and did the wire transfer. When the Isla branch called me to tell me they were ready, I was already at the other office. When I confronted the employees about allowing someone to walk in without an appointment they lied, and said he had an appointment. I asked, "so you made two appointments at 11:15, the female employee would not answer me, I said lets be crystal clear, and she would not answer me. Kenny the acting manager said the customer was already there when he left. Total fabrication and out right lie, we arrived together, and Larry never left the office for 20 minutes that I sat outside. This may seem like a trivial thing, but this is business as usual for this branch. The staff has always been transient, no manager ever stays long, and the employees have poor attitudes. I know absolutely nothing will be done, but I will post this letter on Nextdoor, and Yelp, FB, Twitter, Instagram and other social media. I may even decide to move my 4 accounts to BBT. I have gotten loans from BBT and they want my business. Ill be building a home on the land I purchased. I wont be asking for a mortgage or doing other business with Regions, as I will not reward poor service, and employees who lie to my face. This could all be cleared up very easily, just admit what happened and life will go on, but Nope, Kenny is a proven liar. The female who made the appointment lied as well, and said "that's just the way it is". How about just telling the customer who came without the appointment to make an appointment? instead of bumping someone who does?

They were knowledgeable and efficient. My credit card has the lowest interest rate. My daughter has opened an account on my recommendation. She is glad she switched to Navy Federal.

The police said it would be too expensive for them to have enough data to show the real video. Every five seconds you would see one movement so they were able to only cut out ten minutes of video when I gave them the other $500. The teller conveniently didn't count out the $1,000 cash on video, and he just fanned it partially in his face and then walked away with it. I lost $1,000 cash and they spent most of the day doctoring the video, so by the time I brought the cops the manager appeared from the back with ultra doctored video. Sad, I hope they really needed the money for good reasons.

Because they are cautious and they do a great job of checking all the boxes before the open account, take your checks open a business account, they probably have a lot less fraud than most other banks. Plus you get the added benefit that you're a member, which is a great way to be looking out for your money.
