They make an effort to learn your name and face when you come in. I could work with a teller one time, and the next time I come in they will immediately call me by my first name and start pulling my account up. Interest being paid on my accounts is untouchable by any other financial institution in the area, and I've always been happy with any products I use with them, such as my Genisys Mastercard. I was initially concerned about the lack of branches in the area, but I found that it was more than remedied by their mobile banking (you can do anything on your phone that you can do on your computer), helpful staff, and branch hours that feel more tailored to the working man. Compare that to Advia Credit Union (whom I previously had my account through)- 5 branches in this area, but a mobile banking app that is consistently broken and doesn't do much when it IS working, and drive-thru and ATM lines that are always backed up. Night and day difference. Overall I'm very happy with Genisys, and this branch in Marysville stands out as exceptional compared to the Clinton Township branch.
