On paper, this would've been a great Credit Union. Except the technology is flunky, which becomes a…read morerepeated issue. Even when I was accepted for the Visa card, and applied all of the correct verification information (name, address, SS #, etc) it didn't recognize it as accurate and locked me out of signing the form. Despite it being the EXACT same information as what's contained in my account. I have emailed side by side comparison screenshots of what is contained in my Ocean Financial account and what I entered into the form, and it is the exact same. Yet the site to sign the form claims it to be inaccurate. Nothing was fixed. It has been nearly 3 weeks of going back and forth, emailing and calling, with no progress. Perhaps if I lived closer to the physical branch it would be more convenient to resolve this issue. But given that the location would be inconvenient for me, it makes this entire process very frustrating and difficult.

It's very frustrating when there is no one in the bank and not a single parking spot.. The signs posted all over the lot says parking is only for bank use. Majority of this country has a relationship with Citibank one way or another that does not give them the right to disturb customers actually going in the bank. I could imagine what the manager was thinking listening to this free loader trying to save a quarter. It even has a second drive thru lane for that old school shuttle it up, with new age monitor to see the banking associate. You can opt to go inside anytime of day/night with your card to use ATM as well. The inside of location is open and airy. Straight ahead for the tellers and go to either side to see a banking associates for all other banking needs.

Amidst the COVID19 pandemic I visited the Garden City and Westbury branches which were a nightmare. Terrible service prior to the pandemic as well. Long lines. Clueless employees. Today I am happy to report that this branch is the best. Professional staff. Smiling faces. Best of all, no long lines and no nonsense. I needed a cashier's check today. While I'm not happy with the $10 up charge as a account holder, I will say it beats all the foolish monthly fees the other For Profit banks charge. This branch is raising the bar.
