We never bothered to remove my name now that they are adults. My younger daughter is mentally ill and got tricked on social media and ended up getting scammed. Her account went -$2300. I called Bank of America to file a claim, and to let them know she was scammed after a few weeks they zeroed out the negative account and closed it. , Which was fine. Today we realized that they went into my other daughters account and took the $2300 from her account! She had nothing to do with the scamming and it's only because my name was on all three of our accounts, and I didn't have enough money in my account. I guess so they took it from my older daughter. I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and neither me nor my daughters did anything wrong. We were the victims of a scam by some stranger and we are now the victims of robbery by Bank of America because they stole $2300 from my Daughter's account. There is so much more that I could tell you. I was on the phone for three hours the other day, trying to straighten this out with four different associates, and each one of them had a different story to tell me and none of them really made sense. today when I called I was given more miss information I'm disgusted and so angry! My older daughter had nothing to do with this and they had the nerve to go into her account and take $2300 because my mentally ill daughter got tricked online by some scammer. I'm telling everybody I know not to use Bank of America and I'll be all over social media with this as well. This is wrong.

    When I entered the bank, there was an available teller at her station, but she was on a personal…read morephone call. We made eye contact, yet she continued on blithely with her conversation, as if there was no one on line. Shouldn't employees of Wells Fargo go to the back area, if they're going to have long,drawn-out personal phone conversations? The minute two white males entered the bank and waited on line behind me, she tried to get off the phone immediately. I'm not quite sure why it took other people behind me who walked in for her to hurry up to get off the phone. Racism? YES. When I told her that the ATM machine was not accepting my card for my deposit, she just kept going on and on about wanting to " walk me over to the ATM machine " and see if I was not mistaken, and speaking to me in a disrespectful, pedantic manner. I was not mistaken, I inserted my card three separate times and the machine kept telling me my card was invalid. That is why I walked into the bank to make the desposit. This teller was nothing but rude, racist, and kept taunting me, asking me more than FOUR times if I needed her to accompany me to the ATM machine. All this disgusting behavior towards me, in a pathetic attempt to humiliate me in front of customers and her co-workers. Then when I was not engaging, she kept asking me about my day and trying to falsely be friendly to me. Your manager should chastise you for being on the phone while you are at your teller station, on a personal call, and not attending to clients. And your attempts to try and embarrass me and make me look like a fool, only exposed the fact that you knew you did something wrong by continuing to talk on the phone while I waited. This is the reason why it is known around town to not go into your bank and deal with a teller. I will make sure that not only your manager knows (who was in the front of the bank, complicit and laughing the entire time), but that your regional manager and corporate knows about what you did today. Unacceptable & racist. This kind of behavior has no place in our community and I will make sure to amplify this in town. The benefits of credit unions over traditional for-profit banks are well documented, not the least of which is being able to keep more of your money. Recently, I moved over our three kids' savings accounts from a major bank after learning that they were earning a mere 0.1 percent (yes, that's one-tenth of 1 percent), which felt like they were actually stealing from children. Garden State Federal Credit Union had me fill out a paper form (I know, old school) and bring in our ID and proof of residency for each Kid's Club Savings account, which was a breeze. And best of all, they're earning a full 1 percent on their birthday cash. That's practically like winning the lottery! The other nice aspect of Garden Savings is that the tellers will get to know you by name since there are no passbooks or ATM cards to depersonalize the experience. Just tell them your name and deposit your bucks, easy-peasy! There's no reason to belong to a major multinational financial institution!

I was told this credit union helps people rebuild their credit, yet within months of obtaining my vehicle, I experienced repeated repossessions, excessive fees, lack of communication, and what I believe to be extremely poor handling of my account. The first repossession occurred over an alleged insurance issue despite my insurance being active from the day I drove the vehicle off the lot. I received no warning calls, letters, or meaningful communication before my vehicle was taken. I was then forced to pay substantial repossession-related fees immediately after Christmas in order to recover the vehicle, which caused severe financial hardship. After struggling to recover financially, losing stable housing, and attempting to rebuild my life, my vehicle was repossessed again based on claims that I was 90 days delinquent, which I dispute. Payments had been made, communication had taken place regarding hardship, and I was actively attempting to continue paying. What disturbed me most throughout this process was the lack of professionalism, refusal to provide meaningful assistance, and dismissive treatment when attempting to discuss options or request documentation. I am now facing the loss of transportation, employment difficulties, and ongoing financial instability as a result of this situation. Now they want 10,000 in 15 days, or i lose the car all together.I checked my credit report and nothing has been posted out of my savings account that LAUREN told me to make the payments and they would pull from that account, NICE my credit report says no payment for March i have that receipt, no payment for April I HAVE THAT RECIEPT !! I am beyond livid, my new well paying job is giving me till the end of the week, this is hardship that is uncalled for Consumers seeking to rebuild credit should be extremely cautious and fully understand the risks before financing through this institution...
