Drive up window times in line have been soo long now.. I waited at the window line for about 20 minutes before getting to talk to the teller. Once I was able to do my transaction the bank teller called me and told me I needed to come back and sign some stuff. I get mistakes happen but it seems to be a recurring theme with first federal. It's the second trips I have to make to the bank to recorder the first visit that has annoyed me enough to close my account. I also have received very weird interactions over the past few years ESPECIALLY at the Amity branch. I'm not sure why they act so stuck up and bothered... I asked to have a print off of my monthly statement and the older man managing something was really rude and acted like I had just asked him to handwrite me an essay or something. I pay to bank here, and I shouldn't have to beg to be treated like a customer. Cherrie Schaff is extremely nice and kind and was always my "go to" at first federal. If anyone should be implementing and training workers on diversity and better treatment universally- it should be her.. I will Never bank with first federal again, But if you do just advocate for yourself so they don't mess up your stuff and don't treat you like shit.

The new manager at the Amity location name Tara is extremely unprofessional, rude, and incredibly unfriendly. I gave the bank a chance for the last year or two, but everytime I go in it's as if I'm invonveincing them. The manager always, and if you go on you will see, seems miserable. No hello, no how are you, no smile, just radiates bad customer service. I will continue to drive to McMinville to bank and it's because of people and experiences like this, and I'm not the only one who has noticed this new change. Do not bank here if you want to be treated well.

Even with a POA in hand (which has been in effect for years with no prior issues) and an offer for in-person identification of whatever was needed, they would not open an account for her. Don't go here if you have a disability. They broke major ADA law and discriminated based on improper training. The other credit union down the road was happy to work with us and very professional and accommodating. Four of my family members bank with Embold but will be changing to the other banking institution now just to drive home the point of supporting businesses who operate with basic human decency and try to find solutions instead of making things overly complicated. I feel it's important that the general public is aware that there are more ethical places to entrust their personal banking to. Additionally, the new hire (whom I believe her name is also Jessica) could use a brush up in effective communication and listening skills and how to properly represent a company when a banking client has a sensitive and already stressful life scenario. Continuing education for your staff is highly recommended. Do better Embold McMinnville!

Trish has helped me through a long rough road with my parents. She is a diamond in that bank , all of them are! I have had to use a couple other banks in McMinnville and they just do not approach the level of customer service that Usbank will provide. Do yourself a favor and move to the real bank in town! Been at US Bank McMinnville Branch since 1974. I really appreciated being there and was treated…read morewith respect until recent. For whatever reason, we were hacked twice in the last four months. The first time the branch closed all of our accounts and reopened new accounts, really seemed like they cared. Second time of being hacked they did nothing, went to the bank three days later to try and get accounts closed and open new as we did before, but the Local branch manager came out and responded that we need to find a different bank. Not sure what to think of this as we have always had positive dealings with this branch but is she telling me US Bank doesn't want our business or is she saying she doesn't feel the bank can keep our money safe. Note she is a fairly new branch manager. I went to a different bank in town and believe me I would never go back to US Bank for anything. They have changed and not for the better. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere this branch of US Banks simply needs to close.
