    Worst bank ever. One person calls in s sick and you get a line of people almost out the door. Only one slow teller. Now the line is to the door! Absolutely ridiculous

    this location has no sense of urgency the branch manager seems slower then slow the two poor tellers work at their own pace there is no customer service the line is always out the door and they will sit there and conversate with clients about none banking issues while there is 12 people in line. we waited nearly 32 minutes before we could be seen at the teller line and there were about 7 more people behind me. the branch manager doesn't seem to care for any of the clients he is living in his own world i never caught his name but i heard he was new he is a tall white male never once came to check the line to see if he could assist anyone at the atm or see if there were anything he could do to please anyone he was like on his phone standing in a banker cubicle. tellers would consistently have to walk out off their teller side to walk to the manager (photo included where there is NO TELLER at the window) to ask a question for them to have to wait since he was on his cell phone. this branch is a mess CHASE needs to get it together hire new people including the branch manager. Hire someone from Wells Fargo where they know sense of urgency to assist clients in a timely manner.

    Chase is a great place.

    Might want to have one of your two atm machines working on a 4 day weekend. ...guess I'll drive to the Seaside branch again

    Friendly neighborhood Chase... walked in, deposited money and out within a couple minutes. No lines and they even have a drive thru!

    Horrible service! Keep charging $10 service fee when they are not suppose to! Wait for banker to assist and female banker is rude

I was there helping with financing during the sale of my VW Tiguan to another buyer who was financing through Wescom. The employee assisting us did a great job, stayed professional the entire time, and one manager even personally apologized for the delays. The issue was not really with the staff helping us directly -- it seemed more related to the approval and management process happening elsewhere in the system. What surprised me was the amount of time the process took. The buyer was already pre-approved, had the check ready, and the paperwork itself was very straightforward. Despite that, we ended up staying there until around 1:30-2:00 AM finishing everything. I don't have hard feelings toward the employees because they genuinely tried their best and remained respectful throughout the experience. In fact, the buyer and I ended up bonding over the long process and had a positive experience personally. The reason for the 3 stars is simply to help future customers set expectations. If you're financing through this location, be prepared for the possibility of significant delays due to internal processing and approvals, even when everything appears ready to go. The people were good. The system just seemed much slower than expected.

    Negative 5 Stars for the multiple Mortgage Department employees who couldn't handle my external…read morechecking account number without losing a few of the numbers, over multiple calls for multiple months. The inept, incompetent customer service phone reps in the Mortgage Department here will cost you hours of your time on the phone correcting their mistakes and driving to the nearest branch to make mortgage payments that are mishandled over the phone. Six weeks ago I tried to add my 96-year-old mother as a member, and she was denied membership. NFCU's based their denial on the Patriot Act (terrorism). I filed an appeal and re-applied for my mother to become a member and she was denied a second time. Every time I call NFCU they refuse to talk to me about it. This has been going on for the past six weeks. I wrote a letter to the CEO of NFCU, the National Credit Union Association, and the Department of Housing with regard to the denial was unjustified, discriminatory, and violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. My mother was trying to become a member so she could apply for a Home Equity Line of Credit on her home. My mother's home is worth two million dollars, she owes nothing to her home, and she has excellent credit. Yet despite my attempts to reach out to everyone, I have heard nothing. I even tried reaching out to broadcast news to see if they would be interested in airing my story, and so far nothing but crickets. What is ironic is despite their website inviting family members to become members they refused my 96-year-old mother. This is proof we live in one of the most dysfunctional societies of our time with absolutely no accountability to obeying the laws of the land. The next step in this process is Chaos.
