When it comes to protecting their card holder they offer almost none. On several occasions it has been my experience that they require the card holder to summit unrealistic proof for dispute whereas other companies will normally credit the customer until or unless the merchant in question prove their counterclaim. On this last claim four different dispute agents failed to read previous notes which added to frustrations and difficulties to follow up and resolve. . . smh

Furthermore I currently have a mortgage application with you. However, I call and call and cant get the person who is appointed to me to help me but i get calls and emails of other people on behalf of that person that are willimg to help. The problem is thay also dont follow up or email me after i tell them to email me so i can give them the new information for my loan. Lastly, why am i dealing with 3 different people for my loan. I am so confused to who is actually processing my loan. Ive been with you since I was 15 and you treat me like I just started with your organization or I am with wells fargo.

Truly save yourself the time and money and don't bother with them. The verification process took forever, I have reached arbitrary transaction limits for basically small expenses, and calling in for support with the app they were not able to look up my account in the system. Either meaning they set up my account with typos in my first, last or SSN or didn't list both owners of my business as owners... I'm sure closing my accounts will also be an arduous process as well.
