I am now having to pay another $1300 dollars on my loan, which they have converted into an additional $113 per month on my notes. No questions asked. No empathy about what I had to pay for which caused me to not have the full coverage insurance for only 2 months. I never missed a note despite what I had going on and they decided to screw me over anyway. I spoke to their support over the phone and they had attitude and told me the decision is final. Since October we have been giving payments to a credit card and they aren't even putting it towards it so for 4 months I basically never made a payment because the teller didn't do it's job by putting that towards the correct account. Last fall, it took me 3 days to access it: I had to make an appointment online, followed by a phone call asking if there was some way to "conduct your business over the phone" rather than coming into the branch. Yeah, I'd like to see me access my box from home. Really! Especially since I specifically listed the reason for my appointment as "safe deposit box access." Then when I get there, I'm told that someone else has booked my appointment time so I would have to wait. Wait I did not. Created enough of a scene so they let me in. But not before I was literally yelled at to USE THE HAND SANITIZER!! I moved all of the contents to a different bank with easier access. Went in recently to turn in the keys and close the WF box. This time it took me 5 days to get an appointment! Absolutely unacceptable. Done with this branch. There are other WF branches that are much more accessible, friendlier and more accommodating to its customers. This location needs some serious intervention!

I have had issues with my cards just not working and having to get 4 new cards in one year and friendly but entirely unhelpful support. My last straw was finally their lack of help after being a loyal and good standing customer of theirs for so long when I fell on some hard times. They were the only bank that was absolutely unwilling to help me during my time of hardship, while all other credit/loan companies went over and beyond. They have always taken all the money that they can as soon as they could and charged abundant penalties with no remorse. While they were not obligated to help me, given our history and that everyone else was happy to do so, I will not be back in the future as I begin to grow my family and business and would like to know that my bank is more friendly and supportive in the future. I have banked with capital one for almost as long via their credit line and have had nothing but good reviews, no fees, better support (both over the phone and virtually), better interest rates, more forgiveness and ability to work with me in pursuing my financial goals and obligations. I have now opened my debit and savings with them, and will not be back here.

First time I came in to have one notarized, there was no one - and I mean NO ONE - in the branch other than me and the employees. Yet the teller told me I needed to scan a QR code to get "in line" to see someone to help me. I refused. She literally told me to go someplace else, then. Wow. If I had written a review after that encounter, this WF branch would have received one star. But, I gave them another chance. I had some true banking to do, and after that was completed, I snagged the service manager, Ariana. I told her what had happened about a month prior. She was so apologetic. Gave me her card and advised me to see her if it ever happened again. I returned about two weeks later to get yet another document notarized. Ariana recognized me and helped me right away. Impressed! About two weeks after that, I return for another notary service. This time the branch was a little crowded, but within 10 minutes I was assisted. This branch is much easier to access than other ones near me. I've never had any difficulty finding a parking spot nor exiting back out onto Louetta. And since often these documents that I'm signing need to be mailed, this branch provides a short driving distance to the post office. I miss my other branch that closed, but this one is a close second. Both a drive-up and a walk-up ATM are available here. Tellers are friendly, actual branch is clean and I was grateful that Ariana was so helpful. A true shout-out to her for giving me the reason to bump up my review from one to four stars.
