Chase Bank - Drive thru atm - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Houston, Texas

They do not answer calls. Been trying to reach them at various times past few days with no answer. Why have a phone line if you guys do not answer read more

I stopped in this branch, because it was convenient at the time. As I stepped in the person who greeted me was a guy in a cubicle. He was very Heavy set.,300lbs estimate. He said what can I help you with. I said I want to talk about my chkng accnt. He actually said "what about your chkng accnt?" He said I have a minute I can help you. I said well if all you have is a minute maybe I should speak with someone else. I told him I wanted to know if there were any incentives if I did Direct deposit. I told him I currently have an accnt. So he asked for my info..and shown me that actually there would be zero incentives other than not being charged 4% interest on something. (?) I said ok I would like to make a withdrawal..he said you have to go to the teller if you want to close your accnt. I wasn't trying to close my accnt. What an assumption!! I proceeded to the teller and he was quite nice. BTW...WHAT happened to the professional look Bankers used to have? This huge guy had on pants that were too short,a wrinkled shirt and he looked very unproffesional, perhaps he was trying to match his customer service skills. He was terrible!! 1st guy in cubicle..beside the security guy! My Downtown location on MAIN are very professional. read more

Stopped by at this location here in the Heights because it was conveniently on the way to the gym I usually go to. Not too much between the hours of 3-5pm. I came to the bank because I needed to get a few cashiers checks. The last few months I have spent them in Ft. Worth and every location I had been to there waived the cashiers check fee not because I requested it but because they told me Chase was waving it as a courtesy to their customers due to COVID-19. I was told this was a company wide decision until further notice. After getting my checks, I'm told that the fee was $8 per check, I asked about the Covid fee waive and the teller told me that she's never heard of such a thing and so she is unable to waive the fees. I didn't bother to escalate the issue to a supervisor or anything but the fact that she didn't bother to even look into that really pissed me off. It is what it is, I'll just get my cashiers checks at the Chase in Ft. Worth moving forward. read more

Very poor service and very non responsive staff. They don't know what they are doing- staff need training or they need experienced staff. It's taking them 15 days to open an account (ref. Crista who works there). Several call from my side but no response. I am particularly referring to Chase, Yale street branch. read more

I would like to file a formal complaint of Dominic R. Casey, a so called J.P. Morgan Private Client Advisor. Upon noticing my Ira investment account was restricted earlier today, 7/26/2022, I emailed him directly and asked why. Instead of offering help and try to solve the issue, he tried his very best to make sure I felt very uncomfortable and unappreciated, even just as a regular customer. Therefore I have to move my investment away from chase bank because of him and I on longer want to be a private client of chase bank if I were to be treated like this by your employee. Please refer to the emails exchanged between this employee and me. Thanks. read more

I feel desperately sorry for chase employees, because they have to apologize for the errors of an inept bureaucracy. Have had chase accounts for years, got a letter today telling me an account was closed for inactivity, and the Unclaimed Property turned over to the state...what? And after a whopping 90 days...what? Long story short - No heads up, though I got a letter that it was done....? Call customer support, festival of holds and transfers Go into a branch, told to get in line 2nd call to customer support, another fesival of hold music Being told I have to call back m-f, 9-5 And its repeat offenses - last year, a long-held card was suddenly cancelled. An error. But that affects credit score, so I had to work with them to erase that. What is it they do that keeps any customer? Earnest question, because I'm curious . And I'm taking the rest of my accounts elsewhere. read more

Rude branch manager. Not very helpful at all. I was turned down for not having enough people to operate.

The staff is not well trained. Manager is useless. Don't recommend this location. Somehow money is always missing when deposited.

I've not been IN this new Chase bank, but they have one feature that sets them apart from other banks. They have TWO drive through ATM lanes. Maybe I've been sheltered but it's been rare for me to see 4 lanes of drive through and two of them have ATMs. It made my ATM experience so much quicker and better! I also like this this bank is easy to access from several different points. read more

I just stop by and ask for the statement . She said " you have to go home n print it by urself " I said " my house is about 30 mins from here. Can you help me ? " answer :"NO, sorry" . I don't know why I put all money in this bank ! They can't help you any thing , just except deposite ? read more

The regular line for drive thru is faster than the business' line. The young teller is wearing iphone wireless earphone while working!

This branch is very understaffed. We waited an hour to open a savings account and were told when we sat down with the banker that "it's now closing time, you'll have to come back when we're open." We were told his by a banker after another employee assured us we would be seen, despite the time. read more

So I have been sitting here for about 20 minutes just to make a deposit and i have hit the call button about 3 times. SOMEONE NEEDS TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR THE DRIVE UP BANKING 5 cars behind me. Who manages this place ?? read more

I just opened up a bank account at this CHASE location today. Maha help set me up she was wonderful to work with and very informative. However, I will say more staff is needed in the teller area! One person was working the drive up and the walk-ins. read more

I have never been so upset with a bank in my life! I divorced my ex almost two years ago. I went to this location, also washington blvd, I have called corporate office, and even emailed corporate office and I cant get a single person to take my email off an account that my ex and I opened back in 2014!!!! My name was removed in 2015.I am so sick of all the stupid excuses they give me on why they cannot remove my email off Chase Banks system. I still get email notifications on my ex's account even though I have been off since 2015.I am sick and tired of Chases lame ass excuses so now I will take my frustration to Yelp. I guess I will go all the way up and end up at the desk of the CEO of Chase Bank to finally get my email address removed???? Seriously????? Take my email off Chase Bank or I will keep embarrassing your poor business practices. Your lame ass excuses will be out for the public to decide what they might do if they were in my shoes. Come on Chase Bank get your act together! read more

Staff on 19th were knowledgable, helpful and informative. The branch was understaffed but the staff were at least able to help. This branch only offers a bad experience from what I can see. The system of making an appointment is analogue and ringing the branch doesn't make it simpler. Dealing with staff in-branch is even worse. Making people wear a fancy uniform means nothing when they can't show any common sense when helping customers. Overall abysmal. read more

A clerk at this branch on Friday 06/10/18 gave out $400 from my account to someone that wasn't myself. I have filed a claim but I have a lot of questions because I know banks require proof of ID and most times 2 pieces of ID etc and I have not lost any of my identifications, bank or credit cards but somehow someone had my account number as well as how much I had in my account and was able to go in and leave with my cash! something very fishy is going on here and I am dissatisfied with Chase as a whole regardless of what branch has the person that allowed this to happen or orchestrated it. But I surely as hell would not want anyone at this branch with my information read more

Very good and prompt service. This branch gave me a replacement card in minutes because they print the card on site. If you lost your card or need a replacement card, visit this location. :-) read more

Don't come here to deposit coins/change. They don't have a counting machine, so they do it manually. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to count and deposit $30 of change. Other than that, the branch is fine as far as I know, and they have cool ATM machines. read more

I hope the management of JP Morgan Chase corporate reads this review. This used to be a great branch, with friendly staff. Now it is UNDERSTAFFED and pretty much all machines, maybe one or two tellers, and two people sitting at their desks (they can help you with a same-day ATM card, which is one nice thing). The reason I go to a bank is that I want to deal with people, not an automated teller. Chase is putting profits above all else, and it's shameful. I have had an account with Chase for more than 30 years but I don't know how much longer I'm going to put up with the terrible contempt you have for your customers. read more
