However; I was free to come back and just go to a teller next time. I had several problems with this encounter: 1. I was under the impression this was a small community bank and they would be more attentive. When going to a big bank, I have always had someone ask me what I need help with and where I had to go. Considering that I was the only one there, this was not a far fetched expectation. 2. The bank closes at 5:00, but no one is helped if they arrive after 4:30? If that is the case, a dig should be posted. 3. There should be signs directing consumers if signing in is expected. 4. The woman who returned to the desk made the man in front of me wait to be let out as she sat at her desk. I was very disappointed with my experience there and no longer have a desire to do business with them.
