This isn't a busy bank at all so I'm very happy to have chase as my handler. Very friendly, quick & helpful tellers so going to the bank is never a chore for me. Not much else to add but recommend this to anyone if they feel like they wanna change banks. read more

watched the guy ahead of me come in to set up bill pay, teller ( some guy with a broken nose hiding his name tag) told him to just go online, the customer told him that he needed help from chase, he said I'm not chase, i spoke up and said you are you are wearing a chase tag on your shirt and work here, he said i wont help him please leave, the guy asked for the manager, the teller said why don't we take this outside. I watched the customer tell the manager he threatened him and she said if anybody don't like that they can bank somewhere else. This was the worst altercation but everything at this bank sucks. Poor guy. just the worst and least professional bank you can imagine. read more

First off, I'm not one to write a review. As a matter of fact, this is my first and I'm 65 years old but I felt this review needed to be heard and personally, I needed to vent! Both my parents passed in 2017 at two months apart. As Trustee, I had some court documents from my attorney regarding a release to my parents IRA and CD accounts. I went to my local Chase Bank in Hanford, California. (Abraham) was the banker that "helped" me. He seemed irritated and acted as though I was a bother once hearing my requests. I felt very rushed as Abraham quickly asked me for my contact info and told me he would call me in a few days. After approximately two weeks of no response, I called the bank but only to get the run around. Finally I went to the bank in person to speak with Abraham but he stated he was too busy and would call me but again he failed to notify me. I called several times within a few days trying to find out the progress of my case, with no avail. Once again I went down to the bank and shockingly I finally got to speak to Abraham. I actually had to refresh his memory of who I was and also had to explain my case in detail...again! Sarcastically, and unprofessionally Abraham stated there was nothing he could do. I was extremely frustrated at this point with not only Abraham but with this particular Branch in Hanford but Chase Bank altogether! But I also knew I had no choice and had to get this taken care of ASAP! I ended up going to another branch, Visalia. The banker that helped me immediately and effectively was (Richard Saephanh). What a relief I felt finally having such a professional, caring, genuine and overall helpful banker like Richard! He took time to go over all the paperwork I submitted, patiently spending over an hour working with me. Richard truly went above and beyond for me and my negative thoughts with Chase were immediately erased. However; I am shocked with disbelief that Chase would hire and keep someone like Abraham who was that inconsiderate but its a good thing you redeemed yourselves and you should feel privileged for having such an outstanding and amazing banker such as Richard! read more

I was referred to Chase Bank by the SBA in Fresno. I was assured they were aggressive Realestate lenders. After a hyper insincere 2 hour grilling by one of their loan agents I was told the loan ( a real-estate re fi ) was very likely. 3 weeks of non stop emails and phone calls and insulting questions from this person, finance reports , tax returns , idiotic questions, I was told. " well you know, doc, Chase bank really does not do asset based loans any more, especially in the Central Valley. Hmm. wow Chase Bank, this business has been in town 30 years and paid its debts perfectly every month, Dunn and Bradstreet listed, growing asset base, and a 2-1 equity to loan ratio ( for the new loan ) Wow Chase so scary !!! A mulltibillion dollar bank who got TARP money ( Think Free money from the US taxpayers in 2008, and you can not refi a local medical office with a perfect credit score. My advice to local business owners,, stay away. Don't waste you time. read more

Slowest bank ever. Currently in line waiting I've been here for 20+ minutes and there's only one employee working the counter with about 8 people in line. It's like this every single time. Hire more people. read more

A unfortunately, the branch was closed during regular hours with a note saying it would hope to be open soon. However when I called the bank the next day they seem to have no knowledge of this. I tried to order checks by phone and was sent to some outsourcing place with a person with a heavy accent who could not help mebecause I could not tell him the amount of my last transaction. It was all very frustrating. I will try again to go in person. read more

The Hanford Branch has the best people to work with, and help you with any questions. I disagree with Jim T one star. We have NEVER had to wait due to one teller, even the president of the bank goes to the window. I will never change banks, best bank we have ever had. read more

today I was unable to make a auto loan payment. I was amazed chase actually didn't want to take my money just because I didn't have my id with me. I would understand if I was withdrawing money but I was trying to make a payment. Just wanted to say if you have to make a payment make sure u take your id before making a 45 minute drive for nothing. read more

Dont mind the 1 star I give this place a 0/5 stars, but I wasent given the option. If you recently graduated college as a "Waiter in line" you should definately look into getting an account with Chase Bank because you are guaranteed the longest slowest lines in California! Their drive through ATM is always out of service or isn't able to provide all the functions (ex 1. "Sorry this ATM isn't able to dispense cash" ex. 2. "Sorry this ATM is unable to accept check deposits"). So now you have a big decision to make, 1) Park far af from the other ATM and walk your happy self to this ATM where you are guaranteed the same problems as his friend OR 2) Better have no plans cause you gotta walk in that Chase bank where you will see your mom, the mail man, your old professor, that girl from Facebook that talks to you online but never says hi in peroson, the milk man, your neighbor, the pastor from church, your ex girlfriend, your ex boyfriend, your current boyfriend, your current girlfriend, and Brittney spears herself all in this line that is guaranteed to have one teller working the front and everyone else is checking their Facebook in the back because they don't care about your goals or dreams. This will be your experience if you go to this bank I should have switched a month after I knew these problems weren't going to stop there is so much better banks #SorryBoutIt. read more
