Now, I originally was going to Elm Rd, but a notary wasn't available. I have to say, I met a WONDERFUL employee/notary/financial adviser! I'm SHOCKED! Her name is Qimmah. She made me feel comfortable, & she was very helpful! She had an awesome attitude! I ALWAYS APPRECIATE a pleasant attitude @ the Financial institution's that I do business with (I am a member of 717), that doesn't always happen! I'm THANKFUL to have found someone that I can trust with my money ! I will ONLY deal with Q !

They assessed me a $150.00 prepayment penalty on the account for attempting to pay it off early. I have paid off every auto loan I've ever had with other banks, and none of them charged such a penalty. I called to try to have it waived and was redirected through numerous people over the course of a couple days. I now have to pay 32 cents per month by check for the next six months because the account balance is $1.90, and if I pay the remaining $1.90 immediately the $150.00 prepayment penalty will be assessed. Take your money elsewhere, not to Farmer's National Bank, unless you want to deal with ludicrously unwielding customer service and predatory lending involving prepayment penalties. There are plenty of other banks (most, in fact) who will NOT charge you such a fee. Had to give one star to leave the review, since zero stars isn't an option.

I was happy for the merger as it provided an additional five locations as opposed to the two they use to have. The service has always been friendly and typically fast. We even continued to bank here even when we lived in South Carolina because it was just easier than having to go through the hassle of setting up a new primary account. We would have had to cancel our auto bill pays and then set them up again at a new bank. Blah....It worked out great accept when I lost our debit card. We had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a new one but we survived. They offer the typical bank stuff-CD's, Christmas Club accounts various loan options, etc. We are happy here and don't forsee us leaving unless their is some drastic change or problem that we can't get past. Solid place to bank in my opinion.

Just opened an account and not impressed with the service. I never recieved the debit card that…read morewas mailed so I called the bank to get another one. They refused to expedite the card without paying a feed to have it expedited. So now I wait another 10-14 days for a card that may or may not be delivered. I will probably close the account and go somewhere else.
