When I responded to them I told him I'm willing to talk but it's been 36 hours and they have not yet responded. Don't waste your time with MFCU they just don't care. Like many companies these days they don't work on issue resolution they give you instructions on what to do. Own your problems don't put the customer to work. I had a couple of calls with MFCU management to see if we could resolve the issues in my complaints, basically they investigated themselves and found they had done nothing wrong. This executive pressed me again and again and again about what would make you happy what would you like to see and then did nothing but have a couple of conversations in the branch allegedly. Epic waste of time find a better bank.

Phil was 15 minutes late to the appointment. I asked him if the appointment was not set up correctly and why were we starting late and he clicked around on his computer for a minute and then said "uh I guess I just missed it". Then proceeded to be condescending and arrogant throughout our entire conversation. Wasnt able to help me get done what I needed to get done and frankly didnt seem to care. I told him I'd be closing my account and he said, hope you have a nice day. No effort whatsoever at customer service.
