Waiting Area for Account Service,…read morethere is no Sign-In sheet, so we got there, Sit Down, waiting To Be Seen (or looking for some Bank Employees to ask for help) so there are 3 customers sitting there before We got there, and some Bank Employees great them (maybe sign them in) so She walked in and out, and I'm pretty sure She saw us, so We waited (thinking She may get us next) but 2 Mexican girls came right in from outside and the Bank Employee (She) came to talk to the Mexican (well because the Bank Employee is Mexican, so they are Mexicans), and We ask her 'how do we sign in' and she said 'She sign people in if she saw whoever is first' (yes We agree to her Statement, but a minute we came in to sit down, She was talking to somebody in spanish right next to us) So from what I'm trying to say is 'She is more likely Racist'

    This branch sent us away and refused to cash a check because of this example, " john was written on…read morethere, instead of Johnathan ". So drove an hour to get a new check, only to come back and they say the check is for to much $$ and they cannot cash it. We begged them and asked why they didnt say that the first time we were here. They said ok just wait over there and they will make an exception. We waiting for 1 hour and 20 min before the lady finally called us up there. Then she said oh I'm sorry but the characteristic dont match but refuses to explain, refuses to call the owner of the account to verify. Just wasted our time and was so rude about the entire process. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN ATM.

I scheduled a meeting (which I avoid). Some one called Julie called me once which I missed. She called from (770) 986-1868 and she told me in her voicemail to call her back at that number. In the span of 2 days before my meeting I called that number 6 times at different times during the day but no one answered. To make matters worse not only could I not leave a voice message. After several rings this is the message that phone number says, "Thank you for calling Wells Fargo. You have reached a number that does not support voicemail. Good bye." (try it). Well, such be my luck, when I arrived the one who attended me was Julie herself. But she said she could not help me because I needed to have my other business partners there. Of course, I was not happy because they made me waste my time. She could have told me that in the voicemail or if someone had answered I could have avoided wasting my time even going. Worst thing is even though she was nice about it she just kept saying, "Sorry". Then she said she tried calling me and I said so did I 6 times the past two days and I told he I could not leave a voicemail or any way of communicating with anyone at the bank. So I called the number in front of her and her colleagues. There were three bankers and absolutely no one else in the bank, NO ONE ELSE but me, and after several rings it said "Thank you for calling Wells Fargo. You have reached a number that does not support voicemail. Good bye." I called twice in front of them. I said look here's the number I'm calling the one you called me from and the one you told me to call. She said, "Yes, that's the branch number. Sorry." Wow, Wells Fargo service is truly terrible.

    Wells Fargo 2725 Clairmont Rd Atlanta, GA…read more branch manager Fotis caused me to lose a home I was purchasing due to racial discrimination Wow this is so ridiculous. Today 8/12/21 I go to the bank to get a five thousand dollar cashier check from my accounts, now mind you I have over 20k in the accounts and I have been going to this bank for the past 5-7 years. I pull up and a employee comes out and says no customers allowed inside use the drive thru. I then proceed to the drive thru, provide the teller at the drive thru with my bank card and my drivers license and explain that I need to get a cashier check for five thousand dollars from one of my accounts so I can put deposit on a home I am about to purchase. Now I get the slip to fill out from the teller fill it out and give it back, she say oh you put the business I was giving the check to in the spot for my name, no problem she gives me another one I fill it out correctly now she says oh how long have you had the account, I say over 5 years, then she says well your signature is not the same. I say, mam I don't know how I wrote my name last week let alone 5-7 years ago. She then talks to a man who says well your telephone number has been updated. I explain to him and her what my number on file is and it matches but they say there is an update to my file and I have no clue what they are talking about. Now after 30-45 minutes I'm the drive thru they tell me to come inside. the manager accuses me of not being me even though I give him my drivers license my bank card which has my picture on it and I verified my address, phone number, place of employment and the amount of money in my accounts to the penny. This manager tells he there is a problem and he will not give me my money and since I am questioning him, he asks me to leave the bank. no problem I do and I immediately call wells fargo customer service and file a complaint and this will not stop as I am speaking with counsel now to sue for damages as well as pulling my money from Wells Fargo.

When she doesn't know something, she studies up on and learns it for herself. I guess studying is an old school tactic because the younger generation working in the bank are clueless and have an "I dont care" attitude. The most wrong attitude to have when dealing with people's money. I first called PNC Doraville based on a recommendation. I called to open a special account and the phone rep informed me that she was not familiar with that and to call their 800 customer service line. I did just that and opened the account over the phone and online. After doing so, the customer service rep could not locate the account for 24-48 hours and told me that if I needed immediate access to visit the local branch. The same local branch I called in the 1st place. I visited and after spending several hours of dealing 3this and getting face to face with another rep at this branch who didn't know what he was talking about, I asked just to close the account. He informed me account was closed but I could not get a print out or proof that it was closed. I had made a monetary transfer from my existing account from another banking institution to this account to get it started. That money was transferred to this "closed" account. I checked the new account and it was still open, not closed. I had to come back twice to get it rectified and in doing so, they attempted to charge me $25 for closing the account. I was never informed of this and rep the 3rd time I visited the bank never updated me kn anything she was doing. She made phone calls., left me sitting while she spoke to management, and came back with limited updates. This takes the cake as worst bank experiences ever, topping Bank of America.
