Very disappointing experience with this bank except for the local staff who are great with day-to-day needs. I recommend that the main bank officers render the service and attention to customers with higher end needs as well as the bank employees do with basic needs.

They do subcontract a foreign exchange service at this bank which they'd be better off without as one can do better exchanging their money almost anywhere else. I don't necessarily doubt the thoughts of the other reviewers - maybe my luck has been better here. To me, going to Chase is like jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire - they're no great shakes either. The asst bank manager was very helpful in setting up my account and helping me to choose the box. I actually experienced deja vu when they brought me to where the safe deposits were but maybe that's from watching movies. I am actually looking forward to coming back and putting stuff in the box. I don't know why, the movies again? Maybe I'll come back with dark glasses, headscarf and trenchcoat. This actually seemed like a very welcoming place, with a comfy sofa in the waiting area and candy and Dunkin' Donuts set out.
