Although I no longer bank with fifth third today, that is no reflection whatsoever on this branch and the people who work there. The customer service representatives as well as the managers at this branch are nothing but top notch. My issues stemmed from corporate policies and the way that I was treated by their headquarters. I would have no problem with banking with this branch of fifth third again, if only I could avoid certain corporate policies that were very non-consumer friendly.
