I have endured dreadfully long hold times and transfers to departments that are useless. They continuously have compromises with the debit cards and the fraud department is a joke...if you can even get to them. After a debacle with a large wire I was left feeling as if I had gotten the short end of the stick with absolutely no one in my corner to assist. If I had been with a large bank this would not have happened. They refuse to provide proof of what they've done on that situation to date. I'm also currently on day eight waiting for a new debit card that was supposed to be "expedited." I'll be finding a new financial institution next week. Sad to end a 20 year relationship!

On July 2nd the amount was withdrawn from my transferring account. On the evening of July 2nd Vio sent an email notification of a failed transfer. I have called twice July 3rd and July 7th. The first time they said they had no record of the transfer. The second time I was told the bank was closing my account for "business reasons" and the funds should be transferred back to me by July 8. Vio Bank/Midfirst Bank is still holding these funds currently - this is theft. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEFT: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.
