Only one teller here and too many people in line. Employees here seem to be missing. The banning branch is much better and more staffed .

What is the point of paying a service fee every month if... you don't get service and the ATMs…read moredon't have money? 1) Their ATMs do NOT accept cash deposits or checks. Some of us still pay and operate with cash and checks in our businesses and personal lives. You literally can not deposit cash/checks without going inside to see a teller. Given they have more relaxed hours than a sloth in a zoo, it's impossible for people with jobs to make it inside by normal operating hours. 2) The ATMs in Beaumont are regularly out of cash. ALL of the ATMs at the bank. I'm not talking about holidays, or Friday evenings. I'm talking about a Sunday morning at 930am before church or a football game. Not once. Not twice. A total of three times between June-December 2022. 3) Yes, I guess I could drive 25 minutes to Redlands one way, or pay a $3.99 fee at another ATM... but why would I do that when I already pay them a monthly fee to... well, have cash in the ATM, at their bank, in the town I live in. I know, crazy for wanting my bank to be able to give me money and not Arco. 4) If you bring this up to a representative they will absolutely notify you that you are in fact the problem. When I inquired about the poor quality and reduction of services in town the two replies I received were, "Why don't you just cash a check in the app?" **How shall I deposit cash via the app??** and, I s*** you not, "Sir, have you ever heard of Zelle? Try using that next time." **Because you are a bank, and this is what customers have paid me in.** Please don't go here. Perhaps if you live in another city it would make sense to use Citi, but if you expect to be able to count on your local branch to allow you to withdrawal or deposit cash you are simply asking too much of them.

There are some big issues in my mind: 1) EDITED AND UPDATED: they advertise mobile banking which was having problems and crazy thing. I complained and MIRACULOUSLY it's fixed! Timing is everything. Thanks Bank of Hemet. 2)the phone service at night or weekends sucks. I don't know what or where I'm calling. All they have said is "in so sorry" and can't really do anything. 3) last year I signed up for a text if they thought there was fraud on my account. Twice in the prior months I've been unable to use my card. Turns out they cut it off because I was traveling. There I am in New Orleans. Friday night no way to pay for dinner. First I'm embarrassed and incredulous as I can see I have plenty of money. Then I have to find their number call, talk to someone far away in Malaysia? Who knows. They say in the future I should receive a text to clarify if I'm making a purchase out of my usual travel pattern. 4) sometimes my account and I still have checks. At b of a they would send a text if my balance went under a specific amount. Alas. No such service. Makes me wish I was back at B OF A. Crazy. I didn't think I'd ever say that!

Went there open a business checking account to get a $900 promotion, you had to deposit $25k of…read morecash and maintain 60 days with 5 transactions. The bank staff name Walter Sherley help me go through the process and he's lack did a big mistake for transferring money from my others checking account should be cash or new money, he's lack of advice or explanation or even knowledge the promotion of the bank he working it. I'm been waiting over 3 months and call even come to meet him at the bank, he knew he did a mistake make me couldn't get the $900 bonus promotion. He says would work with his manager to get my bonus, but today he call me says sorry they can give me the $900 bonus. I'm not recommend anyone to do business with them, personally with Walter Sherley. I've go there tomorrow closing all of my bank accounts to go do business with others banks. It's such been business with them for over 15 years and all they did is crewed me over for theirs employees mistake. Goodbye.

She was professional and helped us decide the best accounts to choose to avoid any fees. The branch was very nice, clean, well-lit and welcoming. Isaac Herrera helped up setup our Trust on our accounts when we came back a couple days later. Both Client Relationship Consultants were very helpful and professional. We are happy to open an account with US Bank.
