The bank staff knew their customers by name, they talked as friends, they could even bring in their pets, which were also known by name and given treats. The bank manager handled the setup of my account personally and I left feeling as though I was seen as a person, not an account. I am getting all the services I would get at one of the major national banks, including online bill payment and debit/credit card, and I have the satisfaction of dealing with a local community bank that did not accept TARP money. I would encourage anyone to move their money from their national bank accounts to this community based (and Community FOCUSED) bank.

This branch was no exception....we took my mother there three days ago, since it was the only Baltimore-area branch with a notary available on that day (a Saturday).
